So yesterday went really well I was allowed to come home around 4:30pm as I was the first op of the day felt super groggy & didn’t manage to eat much yesterday apart from half a tuna sandwich and a bite of Kubas Chinese just felt I needed to sleep all day.
Had a monstrous sleep last night & feel so much better this morning.
Back to eating more of my plan foods with higher fats & proteins this week rather than carbs as I’m feeling super bloated from the anaesthetic & saline – going to get some good rest over the next couple of days plus at least a 40-60 min dog walk per day – more if I feel I can.
Thank you all for the well wishes it means a lot! I already can’t wait to be back in the gym already ???? but I know I need to heal!

Could try wearing some knee sleeves, warming them up before properly or if it’s really causing lots of pain and there’s other exercises which don’t hurt so bad may opt for them?
I like smith sissys when my knees wouldn’t allow for leg press.

I love my vibrams the Velcro ones are nicer to wear imo as they are a wider fit for my silly flat wide feet but also have some lace up ones which fit good too

Make sure fluid consumption is good as being dehydrated is usually main cause for fatigue.

I agree with Kuba during dieting phase it’s a mental battle more than anything with fatigue just make sure you’re fuelling around your session as well as you can and having a good quality intra to keep you feeling good throughout and to aid recovery- since using the JP MPS and Sustain I found even when dieting my recovery and during training I felt super good
