I tried it was so good!! Me & Kuba also have a mincer so get fresh turkey breast and mince then ourselves tastes so nice and easier to eat in offseason than breasts

Great leg session today – I had my massage yesterday on my leg especially around my knee where I’ve been suffering with tendinitis so I didn’t go super heavy focused on more unilateral work with lots of paused reps
Session went as follows-
Single leg press (2 sec paused reps) 2 x 12 1 x 8 1 x 12
Pendulum (2 sec pause reps) 1 x 12 2 x 8-10
DB Split squat
Lying leg curl
Hip thrusts
Single leg curl
Reverse single leg hypers1/2 warm up – 1 x 8-10 1 x10-12
Rest day & back to work tomorrow

Today was rest day – had physio, been in a couple of dog walks, been to visit my parents and grandparents and off out for the evening with Kuba.
Ready for a good old Leg session tomorrow will update you with session and numbers feeling ready for a strong session!

So today was check in day – I’ve lost 1.5kg since last week think this is due to being slightly under the weather the middle of the week and not eating all my meals on one of the days. So I’m not too happy with my check in as I feel I’ve take a bit of a backwards step and that’s not what we want this close to starting prep. All I can do is continue as I have with diet and training but take precautions with everything so I don’t risk getting ill again.

Great session today on pull – dropped weight a little as I’m not been feeling great but managed to push up because I felt STRONG
Session went:
Hip thrusts
Single arm machine row
Belt squat stuff legs
Single leg press
Single leg curl
Vertical leg press
Single arm lat pull
Tbar rowAnd some single leg calves
Check in day tomorrow see we’re we are at after an iffy week ????

Maybe add in some morning cardio if you’ve stopped that altogether and drop some cals for now don’t want to get too heavy to quickly want to gradually increase not push up too quick and struggle to the maintain throughout offseason

I always have some EAAs and Carbs during my workout will always help recovery. BCAAs don’t really do anything beneficial – I’m currently having the MPS max and Sustain and get no bloat or stomach issues like I have done with other intra workouts

Feeling much better today still a really heavy head and stuffy nose but much better than yesterday after a mosterous sleep.
It’s rest day from the gym but got in 2 big dog walks which helped clear my head – work was great today two meetings and all admin done for the day before 4 so that’s great. Got an evening of food prep, work prep for a big meeting tomorrow and them a pull session – be good to get back in the gym again!
