It’s hard to give advice without seeing photos could you get some for us?
Bikini you should be conditioned but not stringy and should be full, feminine and healthy looking.
Sounds like a common case of bikini over dieting but not really seeing much changes due to being worn out. Such a shame she wants to quit I really hope she doesn’t!

As others have said having the large meal the night before will be sitting HEAVY on your stomach.
Why don’t you prep for a few days and make sure your eating regularly through the day rather than waiting till late night to get calories in?
If you do majority of your work in the evening you could prep food in the AM also? Maybe get moving in the morning before your food too may increase appetiteMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

A shake would do the trick or the yog is a good idea like Clare mentioned if you don’t fancy egg whites

First day back in the gym today and it was hard HAHAHAHAHAHA! Started off with a back, hams and glutes session everything felt hard but matched reps and weights from before I went away so I’m happy…session went as follows:
– Hip Thrusts
– Prime single arm row
– Stiff legs banded
– Single leg press
– single leg curl (lying)
– belt squats
– pull down
– cable seated rowAll did 1-2 warm ups and then set 1 8-10 and set 2 12-15
Ass hurts now so that’s a good thing!
Excited for upper Friday and legs Saturday!

Won’t affect fat loss in a negatively more – however I always do my cardio in the AM in offseaon and prep just so I have time to fuel for sessions and recover better

Second day back at work & it was a busy one couple of meetings, lots of miles driven and lots of phone calls made but a very productive day.
This evening I’ve walked the dogs, seen my family, cooked food & spoken to one of my friends this evening ????
Back to the gym tomorrow can’t wait!

No need to adjust food IMO – all off season my rest days have been pro/fat and minimal carbs. I just had carbs towards the end of the day to help with fuelling for sessions the following day

Are you prepping or just dieting down like what is the goal?
If your prepping or aiming to get competition lean then yes the feeling of being flat is inevitable so you’ve got to ride through the process.Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO
