Meg, what do you eat as fruit in your diet?

Hey, I don’t have much fruit sometimes I swap it out for carbs if I feel like having it or add it to my Pre workout oats. I stick to the same blueberries, raspberries, strawberries ????

    Rest day ????

And my body really needed it today, woke up feeling like I’d been ran over by a bus haha!

    Anyway today consisted of
    – Work meetings
    – Admin work
    – Food prep
    – Dog walking
And looking after Mr Kuba who’s still ill…it’s quite nice having him at home a little bit more when he’s ill (sound so selfish)

I agree with Clare completely if your feeling beat you need to rest your body and push up. Your body will be more likely to respond when you feel good

But of an odd day today

So Kuba is a little under the weather so I worked from home so I could look after him and see to the dogs.
I did all admin, took him to the chiropractor, food prepped, dog walked and went to see his fam and my fam in the evening post workout

Legs went down, wasn’t so happy with my press today form was sloppy as I’d not set up properly so next time I need to make up for that the rest of a the session was great with some big PBs
I forgot to take a pic of log book sorry!!

I wouldn’t eat because you are hungry as post show hunger always sticks with me for a good 3-4 months. Food will eventually be high enough that you become less fixated on being hungry. You have to dig deep and having mini goals like Lara said could help this too

I drink bottled as I prefer the taste but I don’t think there is anything wrong with drinking tap water!

Yesterday was a busy day – so just getting to post now.

Day of food prep, seeing family, food shopping and training.

I trained push – felt super strong, tried variations of my usual machines and I’m really feeling it today .

    My session is attached

I don’t think it’s a necessity to have a coach but when prepping it does take a real stress off your head allowing someone else to
do the thinking for you especially when your brain isn’t running on full gas.

But do take the time to find the right coach for you

Being in a calorie surplus will help you gain size and muscle. It’s all person dependant as to what foods are going to work best for you when in a deficit or a surplus. Eating bad or naughty foods all the time will make you bigger just not in a very good way – remember that!
