It depends what your rep range is if it’s an 8 then you don’t need to drop load, if you get closer to lower end of rep range yes I’d look to drop the load a little.
I don’t have different rep ranges really top and back off, but from doing my lifts for a while I know a weight I can get for the lower reps, but if my reps ever push higher I just go with the same weight

I love going to the O it’s such a bodybuilding experience, looking forward to it
No training today , tomorrow I’ll do my 1 of 3 sessions for whilst I’m there,
Likely a later session supporting the girls on stage but will get it done
Taxi to the airport and now just waiting to set off on the flight
See if it’s just as seamless when we get there lol, something always goes wrong doesn’t it

Yes, I always go into speaking to your coach first if you’re still getting coached by them
If you’re in a good mindset to be able to pull back, then obviously you can to then push up again
Obviously, given of health markers are all okay as well
But if you can reset and go again, then do it and then lessons to learn for next time
Cardio wise look at getting your heart rate up bothering getting based on sweating, et cetera

I recently took a rep reduction across all sessions, as strength was climbing and then he took a hit, nothing regressed. I just didn’t have anything left in my set as some of them were actually. Very high wrap for the heavy lift that they were. So Kuba brought down my rep branches to 8 to 10 max and I found that my strengths increase a lot as well as my physique looking better
Give it a tryMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Rest day for me
It has been the 2bros competition in the UK, which is the NPC league here
I had three clients competing , 1WPD Client and two Bikini. Two girls placing first and the other not quite getting top three.
I had a client over in America competing at the clash a non-pro qualifier securing a win and a overall fabulous stuffAnd then I also have a lady completing in wellness tomorrow in Italy , and it’s her look yet
The drive to London for the competition was a nightmare LOL , the drive home so far has been okay fingers crossed I don’t get stuck in lots of traffic ha ha ha ha ha
One big day left tomorrow for legs tomorrow at home with Kuba and then I actually leave to Vegas on Monday and I have some clients competing in the amateur Olympia and carry in the Olympia OlympiaAll systems go

It just depends when you say that you’ve increased foods how much have you gained? Are you natural or assisted? If assisted, did you utilise any water cutting support at the end of your prep?
Have you had a big shift in your routine/Lifestyle like are you going to bed a lot later?, Are you still keeping on top of everything when it comes to the recovery like you should?
Let us know, you may not have even taken the food up enough to help you feel better, you’re never gonna feel the greatest post show,
So it’s one of these things you’ve either gone too far with the foods and seeing things rise too quickly or you’ve not gone up enough so just give us some more details

Hey guys, hope you’re well
Today was a training day and I trained glutes
The session was great , it was as follows:
hip thrust x 2
RDL x 2
Split squat x 2
Leg press x 2
Kickback x 3Other things I did today was – check-ins, in person check-ins, and this evening I actually went to have my hair done – all fresh now in preparation for Vegas and Rome with Kuba
Busy end to the season, but a very good one, only a few super busy weekends left but lots of clients still competing so it’s still a very exciting time. Let’s keep getting after it.

I agree with Clare that the unwind has a greater product profile than trying to keep things separate
I personally use 2 caps of the unwind after training or midday on a rest day
And pre-bed as Clare mentioned Ashwadagnada is in the dream sleep, I take four caps pre-bed, at around 45 minutes before bedtime

Not something I can say personally. Have you had this happen before or was this your first time using it?
I’ve used it twice and it has happened both times [/quote]
Some people get this with peptides if it’s only this is a side and nothing else I wouldn’t worry too muchIf there’s anything else super concerning let us know

For me, it all comes down to routine, so there’s no set amount of meals that you need to haveBut enough that you can keep food volume increasing when needed, which is usually why most bodybuilders go for 5 to 6 meals per dayBut also one that can fit your schedule well, so again 5 to 6 would be bestIf you can keep routine really good your appetite or boom, using great quality and not over consuming on off panel meals will always be the bestMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO
