Hey guys

Rest day for me today which was a productive one

Client work
Walk
Meal prep
And headed to the hairdresser

Back home to work and night time routine ahead of let’s again tomorrow

Headed to derby tomorrow to see clients and train legs

I feel a little heavier this week ( haha ) bulking not sulking, it’s funny how my weight is actually pretty high but my look is so different to when I was full blown offseason for my pro comps, I honestly struggled a little at the very start of this year with a moment I guess all competitor get when they finish there competing days of oh yeah I actually look very different and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it, probably a little sad if I was to be honest, for most probably better as obviously less gear, less harshness in my face and voice, but to be it was actually a very sad reflection moment but in over myself now, I took a step back from competing at a right time for me reaching the pinnacle, achieving my goals as a competitor and reaching the time I’d set myself 5 years before as to when it was time to take a back step from utilising PEDs – so with that I do feel accomplished but still sad times having a different look to my physique at times haha

It’s absolutely possible, but my question to you is, are you following a nutrition plan outside of training that caters to your recovery?

Nutrition is pretty on point tbf, I’m also having intra workout carbs and hydration during work and during workouts, but I am also in a deficit so that will also contribute to it
Hey what is your training split looking like at the minute

Whilst you’re in a deficit and can’t control output at work, it may be worth looking into the split and if reducing amount of days / sets would be ideal to keep performance high and frustration with that low

You have to remember, you are the one who chooses it

She isn’t

I’m sure that she is kind and understanding, but don’t let it be taken out on anyone else as you are the one who chooses it

If you feel like you are going to react, take yourself away like Hilly says take a breath and then says what’s on your mind in a way the more that you can practice it the matter you’ll get at it

Hey guys, hope you’re well

Rest day today

Had a normal morning of working and walking and meal prepping

This afternoon, I saw my dermatologist, to run over my skin, just to see in terms of products for my face if there’s anything different that I need, so that I can grow old gracefully LOL

I was supposed to have my hairdresser appointment, but she cancelled so I just came home to work

Nice and productive

And ready for a glute session tomorrow

Hope you’ve all had a good day

Hey, hope you are well. I couldn’t recommend doing a long diet before doing a prep, firstly I think it’s nice to do that without the pressure of a competition first before you do get going with a competition prep
And likely you’ll probably have a lot less more muscle than you think that you do and getting that nice response that you will get into the offseason if you diet firsts without it being a prep would give you a nice base for a real building phase
And as much as there are lessons to learn in bodybuilding you don’t want true commitment in a diet to happen in a comp prep you want to be confident in your ability to be 100% any any situation before you start a comp prep
I promise you’ll enjoy it more if you don’t rush and learn to diet well properly before / build some real mass

Hey guys, hope you are well

Productive start to the week , and first day back in after the weekend with clients doing their check-in looking forward to lots of great achievements and progression for the Mol across this year becoming and healing everything that they set out to do

I trained legs today a very good session , really happy with the performance in the gym and I’m excited for keeping on making lots of progress within this growing phase, I saw a nice PB today on the leg. Press I have never gotten nine reps with six plates on the Arsenal, so that’s exciting food is doing the job

Hope you all have a great week

I’m not too sure if this is a stim pre-as I’m not too familiar with the name, but a lot of people can’t handle stim pres and it does the same as what he does for you – maybe you could try just a black coffee if it’s a boost of energy that you are looking for or even just trailing a pump pre

Hey guys, hope you are well

Happy Saturday

Today was a usual weekend day

No check ins other than those that are getting ready to compete soon
I had a couple of calls with some clients about their competitive season so that we could just speak over the plans for the year
It is set to be a great one

I had a lower body session today, and I did it over in Manchester as I have an appointment with my surgeon to review my breasts post surgery, they probably isn’t a nice way to say it so I might as well just say it as it is

Hope you all have a good day

Kuba does every day for his first part of the day

I definitely believe it’s contributed to him being more aware of keeping his midsection in

I don’t think it should be an all day wearing thing

Control is the key like Louis says

You can still reverse slowly and hold onto composition, that way you’re slotting more food into your setup allowing you to also progressively push training up within the cruise. Once it’s time to “push” then your composition and food will already be in a good spot where you can then add PEDs or push food further

Thanks!

Main question still stands to if you think Ill be lean enough in 5 weeks or if the push should continue 🥴🤔
I agree with Clare – 5 weeks is definitely a great timeframe to finish off this diet and as long as you stay committed and consistent things will moving incredibly well
Go by the data if things are moving well stay as they are if they are not put on harder in that way you will get to your desired goal in five weeks

Hey guys, hope you are well

Today was a lower body day and we headed to Derby to do it

It was a great session

The day was usual :
Check ins
Walk
Meal prep
Back to work
Training
Back to work

It was nice to use the booty Builder hyper extension today. I do like a hyper extension but it’s annoying having to set it up with the bench that we have in Rotherham because it’s a little rubbish so to make it most effective, it takes a little bit of a set up, so it was nice to be able to just get in and get after it

I’m with Michaela

I don’t really find that the cable set up is really that effective unless you have the ability to strap some cuffs around your knees and sit between a couple of cable stacks

Deep range of motion with the movements Michaela had mentioned is exactly what I do. I’ve not done direct to work in about three years and I’ve never had problems with the development. However if it’s an area that you feel could use some specific isolated work then the cables are going to be your best bet.
