Hey Lucas
This is incredible work
Congratulations aim to keep the great habits you’ve formed by doing this eating well and training hard 🙂
I don’t personally think you need to get leaner.
But it depends on your own goals. I’d personally grow a little before you just keeping repeating the groaning and dieting process if that’s your want to get more macular over time.
Or if you want to stay lean and build steadily you can do that with a more gradual and slow build with Claire
Skin wise you may find as you build mass you have less skin, most that do drop a lot do tend to do surgery but it may not be something you have to do

Yeo Kuba added a tad more salt into my pre bed that helped me
But I always wake once – three times a night for a wee. Even before I was a BB.
Even more so in prep – lol – didn’t stop me having solid sessions.

I agree with Claire
Have you watched Jordan’s upper / lower set up on YouTube
It’s fantastic
Have 2 variations that way for both lower and upper you can still have variety and sessions with certain “priority” over the other
Get with it, stay consistent with it and get stronger with it

Upper day
Which is
Y raises x 3
Shoulder press x 3
Single lat pull down x 3
Single Lat row x 2
Dual Lat row x 3
Single laterals x 2
Rear flys x 2It’s different doing upper all together but I’m really enjoying it

As we can see it’s all very individual
Some people get on with some compounds, others don’t
Others blood work markers get hit big time others don’t
So making sure your tracking how you feel physically and mentally and keeping an eye on blood markers is the biggest things here

I agree with Jordan if you’re making progress and building up with your lifts keep things as they are
Also maybe look at how you’re doing your rows and pull downs could minimise bicep work by breaking down form a bit – whilst still keeping progress and intensity HIGH

Hey All
So yesterday was a rest day
A productive morning of working, walking, house jobs, massage and a live lecture call
In the afternoon I took my mum to the Christmas markets, I hadn’t had chance to go to any just yet so was nice to squeeze a trip in pre Christmas
Looking forward to glutes today
