Chilled morning today
Dog walk and coffee then took the little ones out to see Santa and Christmas market
All steps hit earlier on today which was nice as able to relax in the evening and get food in

Few bits of client work this morning to check off and then took my car in to get the windows sorted
Went out to get some steps in and take the little ones for brunch
Had two meals and then headed to train legs
Knees are feeling it after today’s hack so Bpc and tb500 will be going in

Headed to the gym after 2 meals
Legs was solid again and numbers up
Check in with Joe also today and test was upped by 200mg more

Weather wasn’t great so a quick walk than usual
2 meals and then headed to train upper
Wasn’t a good session , few numbers didn’t progress but that happens time to time

Woke up 121kg this morning so weight on way back up
Appetite higher this evening which is a good sign

Grabbed a coffee in the afternoon with a friend and little ones
