Usual work set up this morning
Didn’t get out for a walk as was raining hard so done some steps on walking pad indoors
Coffee and then headed for a food shop
Ate pre workout meal while out and then headed to the gym for upper
All numbers flying , pressing at the strongest it’s been so I’ll take that

No dog walk isn’t cardio just steps , usually tick around 3k steps off on the walk

One main walk in the am, the rest through out the day and if need to make any up will do a short walk around the blockNo direct cardio
