Dog walk ticked off and coffee before a few client check ins
Went to grab another coffee pre gym with the little ones to meet some fiends
Hit legs at usual time and solid

Morning work and new clients set ups done today
Dog walk followed by a food shop and grab some meat from the butchers
Finished evening off with more work and rest of steps

Busy morning as usual for me
Trained slightly later today as was training with a client and had to wait in for the electrician to come to fix a light
Solid session and numbers progressing nicely
Discussed prep with Joe so may start sooner than planned but no pressure on it .

Morning of work followed by a dog walk
Headed for haircut in the afternoon and coffee
Did discuss starting prep with joe today as 12 weeks will be plenty of time to be ready for the first show of the year

Hunger isn’t a bad thing aslong as food is digesting well , everyone is different and will require more or less calories to grow and cut
Concentrate on not what others are doing but how your body is responding and adjust accordingly

Aslong as digestion is good and you can get your meals in the timing won’t matter too much

Check in day for me today
No changes as things are progressing and still gaining , strength and numbers are flying and feel good !
Todays legs and arm session was flying
Appetite is still holding also which is a good sign as usually goes quickly

All Depending on your start point , if diet and training is generally good sounds like it could be tightened up which will allow you maximise the gain .
You will see a change in body comp but if too fat to start then will see less

Busy morning of work today
Not the usual routine of dog walk and coffee as had a drain blocked outside so after finishing work that was priority
Trained a little later than usual but still on 2 meals
Upper session and all numbers increased
Currently sat at 123.5kg upon wake

Full morning of work before dog walk and then headed to the butchers to get some chicken
Check in feedback this week was more food and increase in primo by 200mg
