Busy morning with work today for me
So usual set up for a rest day
Steps and coffee then went swimming with the little ones
Food shop done this evening
Tomorrow will be back in with reduced volume on legs as now in a cruise phase have reduced the volume in lower session

Earlier start this morning as managed to get a decent night sleep
Cpap a little more used to but still not there fully
Morning of client work then headed over to see the little ones
Trained after 2 meals still
Upper session and felt fresh
Tomorrow will rest before legs on Saturday

Rest day today for me today so was pretty chilled after morning work
Cpap arrived yesterday so tested it out last night and will take some getting used to

Normal morning of work check ins for me
Then went to hit legs in the heat ! Was a struggle but everything felt stronger which again is a good sign
Checked in with Joe and have decided to pull back a touch due to appetite
Not being high and to drop into a cruise phase while we tidy upWill now be running 300mg test per week and 200mg mast e per week

After a busy weekend back to normal routine for me
Check ins boxed off this morning , then out for a walk to get some steps in before meal 1
Had 2 meals and then trained upper . Was meant to train with a client today but cancelled so solo session for me
Solid pump with upper and strength increased

Would always count the amount you have per day , factor into your total calories / macros for the day
I would say have fruit or veg with every meal

Today has been pretty chilled , food and steps ticked off and spent time with the kids

Will take two days rest down over the weekend but have hit 4
