    Rest day today for me

    Not much done today , haircut and cofeee after some work

    Went out for steak and chips in the evening and then rest of the evening chilled out

    Another usual working day for me today

    Didn’t get the usual amount of step in this morning on dog walk as wanted to get work finished before training

    New arms and leg session tonight

    Tricep pushdown single arm 3 sets
    Bicep single arm preacher 1 set straight one set rest pause
    Calves 2 sets
    Plate loaded hyper 2 sets
    Leg ext 2 sets
    Adductor 2 sets
    Single leg press 1 set

    Busy morning of work for me today

    Usual coffee and dog walk

    A little delayed with meal 1 today but still trained around the same time hunger was higher today so able to eat sooner

    New session upper ticked off

    Incline Atlantis press
    Hammer strength db press
    Incline pin prime
    Chest supported row prime
    Lat pulldown hammer strength single arm
    Abs

    Numbers set for the new sessions , have some 4 rep ranges on here now so heavier it is

    I would start around 250mg per week , run blood before starting and around 6 weeks in to see what they are looking like and make adjustment based off that

    Weight holding steady at 123.5kg the last few days

    I’ve been running 300mcg of both CJC and Ipamorelin every day both taken before bed with my HGH and also 1mg of MOTS-C every day on wake.

    Feeling great on that.
