Another usual working day for me today
Didn’t get the usual amount of step in this morning on dog walk as wanted to get work finished before training

A little delayed with meal 1 today but still trained around the same time hunger was higher today so able to eat sooner

I would start around 250mg per week , run blood before starting and around 6 weeks in to see what they are looking like and make adjustment based off that

I’ve been running 300mcg of both CJC and Ipamorelin every day both taken before bed with my HGH and also 1mg of MOTS-C every day on wake.
Feeling great on that.
