Rest day today for me
Trying to get a better routine upon morning wake and instead of heading straight for work get up a touch earlier and get out for some steps and fresh air
Will give Semax a trial aswell
Tomorrow back in for upper

If taking it first thing you want to try and fast for a few hours after taking it to get full benefit , I’d just stick to taking it all pre bed both training day and on training day

Really solid session today for legs
All numbers up again and strength is flying
Weight sitting around 123 on average now which is moving in the right direction
Tomorrow will rest and do the usual

Morning work done and then went for some steps before meal 1
A few reactive hypos today so have been keeping a close eye on how things are with blood sugar levels across the day
Upper session ticked off and stronger across the board
4 x session a week are deffo a benefit

Rest day today for me
Day out with the little ones , trampolining and trip to the park . Steps got hit pretty easily
Tomorrow back to full work routine and then hitting an upper session in afternoon

A nice relaxed start to the day today , had some extra sleep so felt energised
Took the little ones out first thing before heading to the gym and training legs
Pump was on another level today even after the first set of hamstring curls
Tomorrow will rest and reset ready to start again Monday

I keep mine in all the same timings as usual when having a blood test
Make sure hydrated prior to the test and a few days off training to see true markers
