Little calorie drop from today’s check in 200kls pulled both rest and training 2400kls total
Work checked off and the headed off to ultraflex west London for a session today upper body trained , flew through the session and still holding okay strength

Weight up slightly this morning but sleep wasn’t the greatest but today was a rest day and managed to get a nap in , Joe did want me to run a higher day but wanted to push on
Work block done this morning then headed off for posing practise , hit a chunk of steps while at the gym so could rest when home
Evening spent food prepping and chilling

Check in this morning – no changes continue on as we are coming in tighter and tighter daily now
Headed out after morning work to get a haircut and then headed to the gym after meal 2

Early start with a busy work load today
Rest day so most of the morning was spent working then went on a dog walk before cardio
Met a friend for a coffee in afternoon before school pick up
Evening has a deep tissue

Hey Nath hope you’re good! Just read the entire thread front to back haha excited to see the progression. Question for me is your volume seems pretty low on a few sessions. I see you’re working with Joe at the moment. Are all your working sets to failure or does he have you doing a RIR periodised approach?

Worked ticked off this morning and then headed out for steps , tried to hit atleast half before meal 1
Trained after 2 meals , upper session no progressions just maintained but to be expected
Cardio done post workout
Tomorrow will rest and check in again
