Leg day today for me
Trained a little earlier than normal as has work done early
Session was ham dominant the usual set up
Everything stronger so very happy how things are going atm

Busy morning with check ins and new starter plans going out
Has to take the cat to the vet after finishing the morning block of work
Checked in today also , have no pulled cardio and increase steps slightly from 8.5k to 10k

Make sure cycle and diet is in the right place you shouldn’t loose muscle

The usual rest day for me today
Cardio boxed off this morning
Then took the little ones out and spent the day at the farm as was nice and sunny
Tomorrow will be back into work routine and upper session

Busy start to the morning as was up early for the show after not the best night sleep
No cardio done this morning done it pre last meal tonight
Good results from clients had Ben take the overall in men’s bodybuilding
Headed back after the show and trained legs

Aslong a hitting 4-5 total feeds over the day it’s fine to go 4-5 hours between meals I do this most days

1 set plate loaded press
2 sets shoulder press
2 sets incline smith press
2 sets lat pulldown
2 sets seated rowTravelled to Essex to stay ahead of Tomorrow a 2bros show

Woke up today and body felt heavy , so think there is deffo a Deload needed soon
Done cardio this morning and trained legs this afternoon couldn’t do the routine in usual order as don’t like waiting for kit so would rather keep the session moving and go to the next exercise before returning

Earlier training session for me today as had to train after 1 meal instead of normal 2 meals due to having to go to the little ones school play
Upper session hit at TBJp gym and surprisingly felt strong !

Appetite is still there but not as much since pulling the insulin down still manageable
Increase in PEDs this week for the final few weeks of pushing before a cruise
140mg tren e added in weekly
