    If it’s something you want to take then do just make sure doing them safely and getting blood work and health checks done regularly .

    When my family found out they didn’t agree but still continued and reassured them I was doing it the right way

    Rest day for me today

    Morning of client work and then knocked off cardio

    Took the little ones out and then had a nap

    Another hypo today on way home from a food shop , so will pull lantus down to 10iu now and see how I get on with that

    Had a deep tissue massage later on and a haircut usually rest day set up

    Cycle has stayed the same

    Food increased a touch on td

    Training volume is 2 working sets per exercise

    Have you got more information into your current set up ?

    Diet , steps cardio that you are running currently

    If looking to head into a cut I would hold body weight steady for a few weeks in a holding phase then dive into a cut

    Legs for me today

    2 sets of each

    Seated ham curl
    Laying ham curl
    Leg ext
    Tru squat
    Split squat
    Adductor
    Calves

    Blood sugars dropped as I got home and felt that ! 1.3 it dropped to so no insulin postworkout for obvious readings

    Had an offplan meal tonight also

    Likely hood is you will require 500 to 1000kcals more so do as the others have mentioned and increase as needed.

    Thanks Ryan. Bodyweight is now trending down. It initially went up with fatigue. Would you recommend adding 500 cals in one go on work days? Or make a smaller adjustment initially? [/quote]

    Abs

    I wouldn’t chase the scale weight and from that point I would probably run a tidy up before pushing back up

    Morning of client check ins and then spent some time with the little ones before heading to check over clients who are 3 weeks out of the 2bros show

    Slightly different set up going forward opting for an upper lower off split now
