Busy morning with work today

Might be a strange question for you but how’d you progress on the cyber hack? Any tips? I seem to be stuck on 5 plates for 5 to 6 reps.
I’d either try drop the load to 4 plates for a week get higher reps or rotate out for another quad exercise before coming back to it the week after

I’d increase calories out around 300kls daily

Later Start to the day today for me
Slept longer than usually do so much have needed jt
Leg doms from yesterdays session is on a mad one today deffo feeling it
Done cardio this morning then went for a cofeee before chest and delts

Solid leg session for me today
Took the cybex hack for a spin and managed 7 plates x 9 for the first set so strength is deffo increasing

Arm day for me today so not the most taxing session but had a good pump
Have also just changed over labs to medtech as test levels were lower from bloodwork

Bloods draw today first thing so will wait for results
Be interesting to see as using a differently lab this offseason

Mainly hammer strength machines so they do the job .
