Shoulder and chest hit today solid session
Haven’t been logging my workouts as of lately due wanting to enjoy training more , always usually been regimented with beating the log book but needed a little change and it’s working

Leg day for me today
Feedback from check in was a small reduction in protein as digestion was off
Weight is holding around 271lbs atm and condition isn’t too bad

Usual weekend set up for me today
Took the little ones out first thing so was an earlier start to the day
Then grabbed a coffee before training and hit pull
Body feels very inflammed today so going to take a few days rest back to back to recover

Very chilled day today
Took the kids out this morning then went and trained with a client who is 7.5 weeks out from a show
After training took a nap as felt tired and then prepped food
Weight was up a little today at 123.5kg but most likely due to less sleep the night before as ended up going to bed later than planned
