Got some extra sleep yesterday night and woke up feeling alot fresher this morning

When you say “bloods came back in a good spot,” do you mean that every marker is within the optimal range, or are you comfortable with certain markers being slightly off due to the demands of your bodybuilding lifestyle?
Bloods for me were in optimal range , and improved since pre prep bloodwork so for me they are good to go and nothing is a concern

Busy day for me today as had the kids all day and keeping them entertained all day is more work than training haha !
Still got my session in regardless even if it was 9:30 tonight
Hit legs and chose safety bar squats as squat movement today . Felt very comfy worked upto 6pps

Rest day for me today
Weight was sitting at 120.6 this morning . Slight weight fluctuation but always happens
Took the little ones out day and will do same tomorrow then it’s leg day
