Did want to do deadlifts but by the time I got to the end where I was going to place them lower back said nooo Pumped up too much so backed off them

You want something quicker digesting if training an hour after eating , cream of rice would be be fine with honey and whey

Hit an arm session yesterday as was meant to be a rest day but recovery is in a good spot and can handle more than 2 days on atm so will take this until need to back off
Will hit back today and instead of rack pulls throw in some deadlifts as haven’t done these in a while

Deffo been harder to get lately in the mornings atm where weight has climbed up a touch but then again haven’t been going to bed too early either something need to work on
Trained back today and can deffo feel the recovery from session to session has dipped off as have done a lot of lower back loading exercises this week so back off the rack pulls at the end today

Food has stayed the same only adjustment is taking lantus to 20iu and adding in 5iu nova rapid pre and post workout
