    Arms today for me

    Was meant to be a rest day but decided to train and feel fresh atm

    Weight it holding at 119kg pretty comfortably plenty more room to push

    Busy morning again with work and sorting a few other bits out

    Took a trip tk MJs gym today and trained legs

    Check in day for me today

    Food has stayed the same only adjustment is taking lantus to 20iu and adding in 5iu nova rapid pre and post workout

    Hit chest and shoulders today . Numbers are progressing so it’s been productive

    Rest day for me Today

    So nothing much exciting ,food prepped and headed out to take the little ones out

    Then home to relax

    Check in say tomorrow for me and will also train chest and delts

    Normal routine for me this morning

    Cardio
    Meal 1 then take the little ones out

    Will train after 2 meals today and looking forward to the pull session

    Early start for me this morning as had to go an collect car from being wrapped and then head back to Cheltenham

    Legs on the card for me today which will train this evening after 3 meals instead of the usual 2

    Morning client worked
    Followed by cardio and then 2 meals before hitting a push workout

    3 sets side raise
    2 sets should press
    3 sets seated machine side raise
    2 sets narrow shoulder press
    3 sets chest fly
    3 sets chest press or db

  • Yeah deffo rest when feeling ill won’t be detrimental to progress as body needs to rest in order to repair . Don’t dig yourself into a hole trying to train
