Epic session at the shed yesterday and good to catch up with a few familiar faces

Slight tweak to PEDs and training day food down along with cardio to 40 mins daily now

Clen to 160mcg40g carbs pulled from training day food

Bloodwork back and was another good set of results ! So can keep on going
Rest day yesterday for me , hunger has deffo picked up .
Nightmare with my Apple Watch as kept switching off so didn’t count my steps but still made sure I done 8k once it had some power
Delts and chest session today which was solid . Not much of a pump but strength was up so that’s a win

No changes with check in today
Busy morning of work so training was pushed back slightly and had a very good workout
Chest and shoulders , strongest I’ve felt in a while and all numbers beaten
Legs on the cards tomorrow so hopefully a better session than last week

Busy weekend for me this week
Client show today so drove up yesterday which took Double the time due to traffic
No meals , steps or cardio were missed
Tomorrow another check in and chest and shoulders will be on the menu

Cheers mate trying !So the difference between Martin and Joe is that Martin has a old school approach which felt like needed to have that again as although learnt a lot of new methods through Joe needed to try a different approach
