Woke up abit groggy today with a bad stomach and had felt bloated all day , could be from the food last night but also a bug going round little ones school so could be this

So day out with the kids and some friends
Went for a coffee which was nice and then had a massage in the evening

Arms today for me not the most taxing session but enjoyed it and got a very good pump

Chest and shoulders for me today
Usual morning routine client check ins then cardio before meal 1 then went and trained
Came home had a nap before food prepping for tomorrow and finishing off some work

Client work boxed off this morning then went for a haircut before picking little ones up from school

Busy morning for me today
Client worked ticked off and then went to food shops before picking little one up from school
Had 3 meals then went and trained later today but had a solid back session
Tomorrow will be rest day

I usually drop down to a cruise and run that while getting performance back up in the gym . Food will play the biggest factor and controlling this as best as possible so when you get the green light from blood work have room to stay in a surplus longer as body comp will be good
