Rest day today for me
Decided to change plans under a new coach so back into prep I am heading
Cardio is back in and excited for this change up considering haven’t done cardio in about 3 years
I’m sure more expansion will come on this in the next updates but very curious to hear about your mindset to make this shift and what the new plan looks like!

Had been with Joe my previous coach for 3 years but wanted to try something different which has made me head into another prep to improve on last showing / placing is the aim

So I haven’t said this publicly yet, but I’ve started working back again with Patrick Tuor.
I loved my time with him in 2020-2021 where I ended up having my most successful year so far.
Feeling very good to have the big man back in my corner.
So the cycle has begun – I’ll give you guys the run down:
Peds:
-250mg test ena or sus Mon-wed-fri
-100mg DHB EOD
-200mg primobolan day (except Sunday)
Totals

350 DHB
-50mg oxymetholone before 2 leg trainings.
-2iu gh 3x (before morning cardio and after training shake and after meal 5)
-0,5mg arimidex EOD before las meal
-12.5mcg T3 before morning cardio
-75mcg T4 before meal 6

Same routine as usual today !
Leg session was very solid today and progressed in all lifts , no sciatic pain so that was a bonus
Food is becoming a chore atm but getting it down regardless as it is needed !

Busy morning with client work so got behind on meals and ended up training later than normal
Managed to go hypo while driving on way to the gym which wasn’t fun but made it in for upper and had a solid session
Cycle and food remain the same this week

Longer day today slightly out of routine being at the show but still got everything ticked off
Had a later session and didn’t end up training about 7pm so shattered

Pull day for me today opted from tbar rows today as just wanted to change it up as maxed out the dbs in my gym
Weight down a touch upon wake but starting to think may need a new set of scales as seem to be fluctuating too much 🙄
Tomorrow heading to the 2bros show as have two clients competing then will hit legs after which means will delay meal 1 until around midday

Bigger jump up in scale weight last two days

Appetite seems to be picking up with the added nova rapid in
A few lifts stalled today in the gym for push but this happens can’t progress every session
