Agree with the above , if weight isn’t shifting in the right direction increase calories around 200-300kls and assess . Main thing is not chasing the scale weight so visuals each week will help with this also and how training performance is going . Remember scale weight is only one variable to track

Back to usual routine today which was nice as throws me off when don’t have it there
Gym was shut but had access so trained push mainly delt dominant

Happy Christmas guys and girls
So normal start to the day for me today
Cardio ticked off this am 25 mins woke up at 5 then home to unwrap presents
Had one meal and went to train arms before Christmas dinner been looking forward to a decent roast for ages
Ate , had a nap then went for a walk
Sushi ordered for tonight so will relax and unwind
Tomorrow back on plan and will be push on the menu

Busy morning of client work followed a pull session
Pulled up to the gym and ended up falling asleep in the car for 20 mins (tiredness was real today )

Check in day for me today
9 days post show weight isn’t up by much but not trying to rebound out of
This oneFew tweaks to food and PEDs . Appetite isn’t overly high which usually post show is for me but think cold is still around
Training day , leg day and rest day food increased by around 400kls
T4 to 100mcg
T3 to 12.5mcg
Adex 0.5mg eodCardio 25 mins daily

Rest day for me today
Body is deffo feeling a little beaten up over this week but had some extra sleep this morning as not an overly busy day
Day out with the little ones to see Santa
Then home to relax before a busy day tomorrow

I would keep pulling down as plenty of room for movement with calories you are on
Leaner the start point for the push up the more run way you have , while keep insulin sensitivity higher .

Not much sleep last night as got in late and then was up early for removal firm for house
Arms was on the menu today once house stuff was sorted
3 tricep exercises 3 sets each 8-12 reps
4 bicep exercises 3 sets 8-12 repsIn and out within an hour
Now home to rest up
