Early start for me today
Up at 4:30 to do cardio and client check ins then headed off to Cheltenham
Legs were hit today session was
Adductor 3 sets
Leg ext 4 sets last set drop set
Quad dominant squat 3 sets
Split squat 3 sets
Laying ham curl 3 sets
Glute drive 3 setsHad offplan meal tonight 32 pieces sushi and 1/1/2 sour dough pizza followed by dessert
Training with Hollingshead and Jordan Gomez at the shed tomorrow for chest and shoulders

I keep mine in the fridge once opened and will keep it there until all used up (usually a week depending on tub size )!

Slight tweak to PEDs and training day food down along with cardio to 40 mins daily now
PEDs test down and mast e upped
Clen to 160mcg
40g carbs pulled from training day food
Have been given an offplan meal this weekend. Not a fan of these at all but new approach so will have a burger and chips
Training at the shed tomorrow after looking over a few clients
do you feel much difference from doing 80-100 clen compared to 160?
ever went over 160?

Clen I find build tolerance to it pretty quick 200mcg per day is max I have taken but feel anxiety is higher when at this doseIn prep will run start with Clen in and taper it up until day before show

So currently post show have moved into a health phase
300mg test e per week haven’t been this low in about 5 years !
Oral wise have taken the t4 to 150 and t3 to 25 plan is to taper out t3 completely and bring t4 down to 100 per day

Another restless night sleep and night sweats last night so woke up groggy
Got client work done and then headed to the gym
Trained pull today and played around with a few exercises that I enjoyed still feeling a touch fragile in sessions but only 3 days post show so to be expected
Tomorrow will rest and take the little one out for Christmas on the polar express train (most likely sleep haha )

Back to usual routine today
Very tired when waking up so had a nap pre gym
30 mins cardio ticked off
Then went to train push
New diet started today 3400 kls on upper days and 3900 on leg days
Rest days 3000 kls

I usually do 1ml per 10iu vial , easy to work out on slin pin

Busy day today
Up at 4am not by choice just woke up and then decided to go do cardio , found a 24
Hour gym with gym 80 equipmentThen came back napped and ate meal 1 before hitting legs with Martin
Flew back home so shattered now
Sushi went down to play calorie catch up

Show day for me today

Post show have consumed a fair amount of food but back to it tomorrow
Will hit a leg session
Was considering going to Mumbai but visa could take up to 10’days

Yeah agree with hilly here , drop the heart rate zone down to hit 110-120
