Headed to gold gym this morning to have a little flush around before am check in in some good lighting
Last night loaded with flapjacks and muffins with the last meal
Lower food today to start pulling water off with 1/4 diazide

Up for tan in the am very early as getting tanned at 6am

So morning routine usually wake
Around 5:30 am then get my morning drinks ready and start client work11am will have csrdio finished by at home on bike

All depends on the individual , what compounds they are taking , how much they are taking . Blood work in this time would be important to get done aswell

Well what a start to the day today
New low of 108.8 so carbs going in today
Parked the car last night in Vienna and went to get it this morning to find it had been towed away so stress there
Got it sorted
Came back got two meals in then went to train at golds gym Vienna . Very good gym all gym80 kit
Not putting too much food in 550g carbs as want to come in tighter for this show Saturday

Yeah I use mast year round prefer the response I get over that then primo
Usually test mast e gh and insulin is all I use in offseason [/quote]
do you think you could have a benefit from adding some a nandrolone like npp in or is test and mast enough androgen load to improve during offseason?

I’ve used the npp mast test combo for a good few offseasons but feel better on just test and mast . May trial eq this offseason [/quote]

Busy day today for me as had to fit a lot in before travelling to Austria
Day 3 depletion
Trained a pull session after meal 1 today
Then back to pack to catch flight

Yeah as hilly says nandrolone can possibly increase e2 .
Instead of using ai look at the stack design and try to combat other compounds like primo or mast before adding in ai

4 days out now
Weight was up today usually happens with me two days after so another day depleting down with fats and proteins only
Struggled to eat today as just not hungry at all
Solid push session today
Tomorrow got a busy day as flying to Vienna

So took a day of zero carbs and just ran fats and proteins to make sure no water rebounds ect
50 mins cardio
Hit legs this evening with Martin
