Rest day for me today as show day tomorrow
Took a trip into town had a wonder this morning after putting basecoat tanning on
Two bigger carb meals this morning followed two pro fat meals . Check ins between meals
Weighed in at 112.3kg in registration also

Another day in Amsterdam
Woke up sent check in off and then went to do a quick food shop at the local Lidl so stocked up nicely now
1200g carbs into today and a tiny bit of aldactone and Diazide used

A 5 month break you’ll be fresh to the compounds . Don’t try throw everything in at once . Gh and test yes but add things in slowly and steadily when needed

Running on little sleep as had to be up early to get Eurostar to Holland
More carbs in today and no direct cardio just 10k steps

Travel to Amsterdam tomorrow to set up for the next few days before show

3kg drop overnight , sucking right down before we load

Macros would be adjusted towards what you are wanting to achieve . If fluctuating maybe just move to training day food and non trainifn day food

Checked in today as doing daily check ins and he wants to push it a touch harder
