Rest day for me today
Had a few check ins this morning as peak week for clients and then it was family time
Appetite hasn’t been great last few days but still pushing the food in . Will most likely add some more nova in if doesn’t pick up

Slight weight drop today even with more food going in . Appetite hasn’t been the greatest today either but I expect will be back up tomorrow

Weight has stabilised on Average over the week so food increase and ped increase (extra 40g carbs and 100mg test 100mg mast e)

Legs yesterday and can feel doms but know they’ll be recovered by Tuesday to go again

Offplan meal last night went down but no change in body weight .
When it comes to offplan I always pull out last two meals of the day and replace

All numbers progressed only thing is knee is a touch sore from the hack squats

Took little one swimming and was deffo needing a nap after that
Upper body was on the menu today second week into the new rotation and was solid session
Food going down easily even in this heat

Are you trying to get away with higher test ratio than past here? Is that the reason nolva is in here as a “precaution”?[/quote]Yes bud that’s the idea using test at a higher dose , the tamoxifen is there just as a precaution as do have a small lump on nipple but nothing too bad
