Agree with jay here
Insulin pins I use and can jab most places with these (wouldn’t glutes )
I use them daily and then allows you to spread more evenly across the week

Nathan how you feel with so high test ?? I know you use the mast e … but your estradiol is more than 100 ?? Or you use any AI arimidex or aromasin … ??
Maybe helps you and proviron in this scenario with e2 ..
At your food the beef / chicken / salmon in your meals when you write 200-250g you mean raw weight this measure in grams ?? Or after cooked ?
Currently only running 400mg test p per week so not high for me .
Have Arimidex in now at 1mg per day and 20mg tamoxifen in also
All my food is raw weights never cooked weight

Me personally wouldn’t be using hcg along side trt , think it’s person dependant for fertility (one had two and been on full cycle for both )
If adding in primo I would run it 200 test 400 primo

How is the prep going compared to previous preps as I know this is a new coach for you?

Has food gotten this low before? How are you feeling on the higher dose of thyroid, is this a new approach?

Woke up at a new low 1.5kg drop from rest day which could feel coming 💀
