    With that amount of carbs pre workout I wouldn’t use insulin pre workout until they get abit higher .

    Rest day for me today

    Went to hull for pca show , currently on way back now 5 hour drive

    Everything been ticked off no meals or cardio/steps missed

    Ready to go again tomorrow

    Check in sent thjs morning as they are daily now leading into the show

    Few little tweaks to the food

    Calories down to 2000kl rest day and arm day
    Training days 2400kl

    Heading to pca show tomorrow as have client in.

    Very solid session today shoulder and chest

    Strength not overly high but at this stage of prep maintaining nicely

    Weight this morning was 113.5 , can feel another drop coming tomorrow

    You don’t need it post workout as training already does this, so makes not much sense doing it post workout primarily

    Pre workout makes the most sense

    cardio now 50 mins 5 x per week with 8.5k steps

    2 days no cardio with 14k steps

    Gh down to 6 iu 3 am and 3pm

    Halo added in at 20mg per day
