I’ve always personally ran the same calories on a rest day and a training day until later stages of the diet to use as a tool

Weight still sitting at 118.4 after a rest day yesterday
Cardio got ticked off this morning 40 mins on the stairs
Couldn’t remember if I took my clen so through an extra on in just incase

Rest day for me today
Weight still down at 118.4
Todays tasks will be client check ins , cardio and a haircut
If I get time for a nap I will take it

Another drop on the scales this morning 118.4kg things are moving rapid
Leg day today for me after a busy morning of client work
Leg session today will be
3 sets leg ext
3 sets ham curl
2 sets leg press
2 sets hack squats
4 sets ham curl

New low today of 119.6kg
Strength even though weight is down was very good in todays session and all numbers progressed again
40 mins of cardio done also which feels good after it’s done

Epic session at the shed yesterday and good to catch up with a few familiar faces
Offplan meal had burger and chips with some halo top
Weight this morning was at its lowest 120.6
Rest day today after 40 mins cardio so took little ones to chessington world of adventures . Helped get the steps in
Back to routine tomorrow with chest and shoulders
