Chest and shoulders hit today
Was a good session with all numbers progressing and felt recovery between sets was better

Appetite has been high the last few days which is a good sign but plan is to stay hungry for atleast another few weeks

Monday another day ticked off
Usual routine goes , wake up then client work
Was a deload session for back today
3 exercises 1 set each reduced load .
Appetite has deffo increased today as woke up hungry and not something that usually happens

Rest day for me today from training which hopefully should feel fresher tomorrow
Sundays is the usual spend time with the family and take the little ones out with a good few naps

So have decided to take a deload for 5 days total as body is giving me all the signs to do so
Went and trained chest and shoulders today with minimal volume 1 set per exercise 60% of normal load just to keep the blood flowing which was a quick session
Will have a full rest day tomorrow from
The gym and then Monday most likely a deload session again

Leg day went down today couldn’t hit rdls as normal as have been getting lower back pumps .
Speaking to Joe it’s time to pull PEDs down for a cruise and drop food a touch , as there is no point being heavier if counter productive to training . Wil take a deload also as body is getting beaten and the usual signs for me is when I get an eye infection seems to be my body telling me to back off
Will cruise on 300mg test e per week and reduce growth to 5iu daily split am and pm
Food wise have reduced by 100g carbs and 10g fat

At the point now where maxing out body weight for me in this rebound , getting extra sleepy and appetite dipping so will most like be another week before pulling down and re sensitising

Yeah I’d weight is increasing without any food adjustments we will rinse this until we need to take on a touch more food . It also comes back down training performanceInstagram - heckrules

Another day of Pretty much the same routine .
A little bit bunged up with an cold but nothing that’s stopping me from training and eating as normal
Arm day today for me so not the most taxing session.

Food kept the same but little change to PEDs this week as have seen a decrease in libido since lowering the test up and upping the mast also appetite not as high
