Olympia day 1 done!
Up for a pull workout this AM straight to the expo to watch pre judging and have a walk around the stands. Great day and met some great people.
Friday finals tonight was awesome. And prejudge was exciting! Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow!!

If the lumps or breast tissue have been there for years from previous cycles then it’s probably not going to get much better from blasting AI’s, but you say usually they sort themselves out.
If they aren’t noticeable in overhead shots when your lean and just flare a little when body fat is a little higher and on cycle but you can manage with stack design and supps (TBJP Estro control) and some vitamin B6 (P5P) then you may be ok.
Little more context needed But NPP at 300mg would defo do the same for me.
A slight adjustment in stack design and those additions may help. Something like this?

Good day from Orlando! Olympia weekend is here the expo and pre judging tomorrow and the finals Saturday which I’m buzzing for the whole weekend!
Leg day today at kissimie muscle gym….some
Early pull day tomorrow before the expo at iron religion as it’s open 24 hours and I want to get my session in and rest over the weekend!
Yesterday was a 20k + steps day at universal for horror night. The set up is fantastic was super busy so we only got in 4/5 things which were great.
Really looking to getting back to my dogs and routine now and nailing this next push phase. Bloods due for when I’m back then it’s time to move through the gears!

Yes guys! We are in Orlando for the O had a nice drive up from Miami. I say nice the weather was nice it’s just 1 straight road for 3.5 hours 😂 but we stopped at an outlet had one of our meals had a walk round and bought a couple of bits.
We then carried on top do the food shop for the week. We can and got unpacked are pre workout and went to train at iron religion great session. Kept it very similar to my session from home. So was a solid session.
Up early for a day at the parks tomorrow!

Got ready for some food and had a lovely meal out at a cool place called grails if you in Miami ever Wynwood the art district is a great place to stay

Great day today in Miami it was rest day. We got up after a little lay in did 30 mins CV then went to south beach and went to ocean drive and the pier.
We rented bikes an cycled the whole of south beach took us around 90 mins, had some lunch and did some walking around. We got back around 6:30pm and tonight is just a chill night and early night!

Evening from Miami guys!!
A very busy day travelling from Tampa to Miami yesterday. We stopped at a beach on the way call Naples lovely little town very high end with massive multi million pound houses across the seafront.
We then got to Miami and got ready and went for some food at a Greek rooftop bar.
We was back quite early to check in with clients who were competing today.
Up this morning and we trained fasted which I don’t usually do but it’s a time thing and is not wanting to miss out on too much of Miami as we’re only here a few days.

Rest day tomorrow and we will be going down to ocean drive and south beach then ab early night! As Monday we want to train and enjoy our last day in Miami before heading over to the Olympia.
Weight is holding around 305-307lbs even with a few off plans.
My diet is exactly the same as back home. Except a little flexibility at night.
Cardio will be done tomorrow nice and early and some abs!

We have a day off to do some exploring Wednesday then Thursday we go to Busch gardens to the Halloween event which should be pretty cool!!

Hey guys! Fantastic result for Pheebs yesterday in her final show of the season with her best look to date. Finishing 12th from 25 very high standard athletes with 4 Olympians in the line up. We received some great feedback for Bill the head judge and confirms we are on the right path and we have just gotta keep work hard and building a little more density.
A nice meal out last night nothing crazy but a nice way to just unwind and relax.
Today we got up did some client work and then did 30 mins cardio. Went for a drive to a beach 20 mins from us and had a day walking and relaxing at the beach.
We prepped all our meals and have been fully on plan today. So now we are just tidying a few more bits of work before we go to a Shisha bar tonight for a couple of hours

your progesterone will be elevated as a result of your low E2, If your is a growing phase E2 is important for multiple functions, its cardio protective, sex drive, brain function, strength to name a few.
So my advice (depending how much runway you have to push the cycle) Is slightly alter the ratio of test to DHT in the cycle your currently 1:2 so bring it more in line with a 1:1 or somewhere in between and assess from there being mindful of any negative sides you may get. Always run your oestrogen as high as possible without negative side effects. Unless it’s for a cosmetic look close to a show.
Your progesterone will lower and balance out as your oestrogen elevates in my experience

Morning guys! 6am here in Florida just at the host hotel whilst Pheebs gets her hair and make up. Im doing a few check ins and peaking a client who is on stage at the british finals today.

Morning from Florida guys! Show day for Pheebs tomorrow….Her body is really churning now and 2 days at 550g has still see her flatten off so today first 3 meals we have bumped food up and added a muffin no training today just chill digestion walk and pose.
I got up did my check ins at 5-7am then went to do cardio and posing. I am off to the gym to train legs soon at Mi40 again.
Then its back for registration at 4pm
