Evening guys! I’m back up to speed and ahead with all work loads. Cardio done a great push session with progressions taken. I’m getting more confident with loading in my set movements and was happy with the session!
Weight 312.2lbs this AM 310.2lbs post cardio.
Appetite is fully back and I’m hungry. Condition creeping through but also that touch of low drug load feeling small syndrome. But we will be in a great place to push from in a few more weeks from here!
Cardio still at 30, steps have been low today and yesterday around 6k due to workload but was 15-25k over the weekend in Paris so evens out nicely a big push through until the weekend.
Legs and sports therapy tomorrow. Pull again Saturday then a client show Sunday! Which Im buzzing for again!

Evening guys! Today was a day for midday 😂 as I had time away from my work phone Mon/tues so today I have had 27 check ins + 2 set ups and more messages to come back to and tidy up
Plus training posterior!
So it was cardio and then laptop work…..
Posterior was a great session. Progress across the board. Felt great to be back in and working!
Back to structure with food. I have 1 more little loom video to send and a training plan to finish and it’s bedtime.
Push on the cards tomorrow!

Back home and back to reality! Took the dogs for A walk as soon as we got in and got some steps in did a good shop and got ready to crack on from tomorrow!
Posterior is on the menu after a very busy morning catching up with work and clients from the weekend!
Alarm is set early night on the cards

But you will learn more about the process have less thinking to do and just be able to follow the plan and also gain knowledge along the way.
Adherence to follow that plan is solely down to you. But I find when your paying for something like a service from a coach then why would you not follow the plan and get the most benefit from it.

Lovely day in Paris today sight seeing.
25k steps boxed off my feet are smashed!
I ran out of food this AM other than my TBJP COR and whey so I have had….
3 eggs avocado and smoked salmon with brioche for breakfast
2 meals at restaurant’s of chicken breast rice and avocado with salad
60g whey iso with an apple and 8 rice cakes
This evening I have a kurdish meal
Hummus and pitta with a chicken grill rice and saladThen 3 scoops of sorbet.
You can more or less stick to olan if you need to anywhere in the world. We travel home tomorrow so I will go and buy some cooked chicken and have rice cakes and fruit for the journey home and a similar breakfast
Then back to it from Wednesday!

Evening from Paris!!!
So a busy old weekend in France. After the show on Saturday we headed home as it was very late! Not the result we wanted but it’s the pro leagues and we’re back at the bottom of the pile working out what we need to do to move into the next pack.
Regardless super proud of the package displayed from Pheebs.
I e had a slice of pizza and a few chips as there wasn’t much open when we got out the venue, so a few rice cakes and bed. Then breakfast this AM was poached eggs and avocado, smoked salmon on toast, a croissant and some or she juice
2 meals of chicken, avocado/nut butter on rice cakes and an apple then tonight was steak and fries and lobster spaghetti which was awesome.
Over 15k steps done daily.
Back to it tomorrow! And a nice day in Paris

Evening guys legs today in France! Great session. More or less my usual setup bar a few diff bits of kit. Felt great then had a massage with Monika. Freed up my hips and shoulder nicely
On to athletes reg with pheebs! A strong line up of girls a great show! I’m excited for her.
Rest weekend for me now! So it’s all about her and enjoying the moment

Hey guys great day in Lille today. Got up did some check ins for athletes still competing and peaking for this weekend whilst I’m in France.
5k steps fasted to fetch a coffee for me and pheebs.
Breakfast was
3 whole eggs, 100g salmon 200g sourdough
Finished check ins off
Pre meal
100g baby rice 50g performance iso 100g banana 20g nut butter
50g intra carb
Trained pull and biceps 💪🏽 great session.
PWO 200g chicken 100g rice 30g raisins
Next 2 meals were 200g chicken 100g rice 100g pineapple
Did some more steps and went to meet pheebs parents who are out here to watch and support
Pre bed 100g baby rice 50g iso pro 100g raspberries 20g almond butter
Pheebs is looking on point. Fullness is there now. We will pull back a touch tomorrow and dry off. Last little pump session. And we are good to go for show 1!!
I’m very proud of her and very excited for her to stand in the stage as a pro. What she truly deserves and enjoy the experience. Everything else is a win 🏆

I’m in agreement with Oscar. Is weight holding? Or are you still moving up in BW? And you progressing in the gym? If weights holding then take a 2-300 kcal bump up on each day from carbs

314lbs this AM a long travel day to France for Pheebs pro debut, train to London then Eurostar to Lille pretty seamless but always tiring. We have been shopping and got plenty of steps in probably too many for Oheebs so we fed her hard with a burger and fries + muffin on top of her daily 500g today. We will assess visual’s tomorrow AM and another day of driving fullness and a little full body pump session

Morning guys
314.4lbs this AM I hit a low of 313.8lbs it I had kissed a few days of Lantus now that’s back in the body is holding around 314.4lbs but I’m visibly getting leaner weekly.
Was a crazy busy weekend with clients competing. Had another fantastic weekend of results. 1 x class win/overall & IFBB pro card, 2 x class wins elsewhere and a 2nd and 5th
Was in for posterior yesterday which was a great session. It was my barbell row day but all racks and platforms were taken and I don’t like to lose the momentum of the session so I did smith machine barbell row which actually felt awesome.
Upper back pull-down x 3 RP to 20 on 3rd

Preacher curl x 3 RP to 20 on 3rdJust done pheebs check in and set food for the day. She’s looking incredible. We are trying to find the right balance of fullness and condition. As it’s a very unique criteria at the top bikini level and it can literally change depending on the line up and judging panel. So it’s a balancing act. We will take the look we want and then get feedback and go from there. I’m very excited for her new journey to start

Morning guys! Friday was legs a big session progress again across the board.
I’m still a little cautious with the left quad as there still a weird sensation in the lengthened on the squat and a little on the leg press. Frustrating but I’m still just taking the sets there without doing anything stupid.
Rest day yesterday
313.8lbs so another drop.
Quite a stressful day yesterday as I was managing 5 client peaks and managing a couple of first timers who were getting stressed. So was literally at the laptop all day. Went for a nice 8k walk in the evening.
This morning was up at 4:15am cardio boxed and checked in with clients competing in Sweden and then 4 guys in the UK off to the PCA show today!
Then back at it for another big week of training

315.8lbs this AM another 3lbs down so a big drop. Rest day today 30 mins cardio, sports massage, dog walk and lots of client work.
Really buzzing to get back in the gym tomorrow!
Still need a shave which should give me a clearer indication of where conditions at.
