Another drop and another move forward in condition. Still feeling relatively ok at certain points of the day. Yes it’s hard…..but honestly I’m loving it. I just want to get my work done daily now and get things done.

You can get both gluten free COR and gluten free bagels I still in off season like a variety of sources from both carbs and protein but just go with the feel of your body

Hey mate, wanted to ask you about your npp usage in off season? What dose did you run and what is the minimal effective amount? Would their likely be in increase in e2?
Also, what’s your thoughts on a rebound phase post diet when very lean, I’m considering 6 weeks as bloods have come back good. How would you maximise this phase with anabolics?
Hey Luca. If bloods are good I do like a rebound phase whilst lean, here I feel you can utilise testosterone a little higher along with a DHT and and NOR-19 I would also be inclined to run an oral such as anadrol for a short spell.

I only took NPP to 300mg/wk max off season I felt this was the sweet spot I felt the affects at 150mg
I have ran higher and I didn’t like the psychological sides it gave me

291.2lbs after legs so half a lb up….which is usually 2-3 so after today and lower food I expect another drop. I have seen a shift in condition the last 2 days. Just getting a little grainy and drier in areas. There’s still more to come off. But that’s just time being spent here now.
My productivity is still ok, not flying but it’s ok. I’m getting everything done. I’m making sure I get things boxed off early.
This week will see an extra rest day because of the british finals. Push rest pull rest legs rest, which will allow time for recovery and also extra time in lower cals to drive the deficit. I think within 2 we could be about ready and cruise into the regional. Then peak nicely for Austria.
I’m very excited about this season I know how hard I’ve grafted and how hard pheebs has grafted. We’ve booked our accommodation for the European shows which is exciting just to register now!

Hi Nathan, its me again. I am wondering something about your pre contest cycle escalation. We know that minimum effective dose of testosterone without considering its ester is 300mg, primobolan is 600 mg and masteron might be around 400 mg.
1-What is the reason behind your thought process starting 500 test p, 800 primbolan and 200 mast p?
2-When do you drop your long acting basal insulin which in case here lantus? (Do you think that carbs should be around roughly +500gram minimum when we decide to jump into lantus?)
3-I know cal is a big believer of peri-workout supplementation and because of this reason he probably keep novorapid pre and post as much as possible but what is the best time drop fast acting insulin and does using both long and fast acting insulin very long time cause insulin resistance when we drop out?
4-I know you are chasing your pro card, in regards to this from 10mg/kg up to 20mg/kg or may be 25mg/kg worth risk to reward ratio?

Big drop today after rest day back below my lowest on prep 290.2lbs
Legs (ham focus) was a banger. Everything moves fantastically well seasion went as follows:-

I agree with Kuba here bud. Don’t think you need to change caloric intake. If the aim is to drop fatigue, pull output down a touch steps to 8-10k
3 days off. Then 3 days less volume! Then get after it again!

Rest day today 294lbs weight coming back down after sushi. I am expecting a drop again tomorrow after todays rest day
Sports massage and lower food usually has me a couple down. See what check in says tomorrow AM and weather Cal pushes a touch harder this next week for condition.
Felt loads better today, legs were a touch heavy, but me and Pheebs kept busy and we boxed everything off early doors.
So we can chill, and get another early night!
Buzzing for legs tomorrow! The desire to train is still very very high at the minute, which is a great sign.

Where will you titrate your dosage from here?
Something is not agreeing with you clearly here.
I would opt at lowering testosterone to 250-300mg
Lowering NPP to 100mg and adding in 1-200mg DHT primo/mast
See if this has any positive affects on the acne situation.
Wash morning and night, change sheets, re assess again in 5-6 weeks time

295.2lbs on wake after 75 sushi rolls last meal. So up 4.8lbs
Did 2 hard rounds posing, 30 mins cardio and steps 40 mins and weighed at 293lbs
Today has hit hard even after food. I felt very fatigued. And just wanted to get in the gym on my own and get shit done. Not talk to anyone and just be on prep in my own head.
I had an absolute class session exactly what I needed. Took some pics the lighting wasn’t great for showing condition but it has shown me the relentless consistency through off season and not missing a beat is paying off, new tissue has been built and this is just the start for me and cal on our journey! 5/6/7 and potentially 9 weeks out!

When you was pinning daily with insulin pins would you backfill the pins for the week so you have say 14 pins ready with oil in for the week or would you back fill 2 a day using a green to backfill them and would you use the same green for the week or change it daily?

I agree here with Clare. Can you not balance your meals a little differently?
I’d be looking at:-
Pre
Intra
PostShakes here.
Then 60 mins your post workout shake another dense meal
A shake during the period you are busy in the day.
Then a dense meal pre bed.
Example
Meal 1 pre – 1 banana + 30g whey iso + 25g performance fuel
Intra – 25g performance fuel, 20g EAA’s, creatine 5g,
Post shake – 25g performance fuel + 30g whey iso + 2 squares bars
60 mins after – Meal 2 12:30-1pm
Lean meat of choice 45g protein
Carb of choice 75-100g
Fats of choice 10-15g
Beef/chicken/Turkey + rice, potatoes, pasta
+ fruit and maybe some EV olive oil3-4pm
Shake – oats, nut butter, fruit, performance protein
9pm
As meal 2 or something similar
If you need to up calories accordingly then of course arrange the macros differently but just an idea. Still not ideal going 4-5 hours. But you are utilising the workout window for nutrients here and still get adequate stimulation of MPS multiple times a day
