    Hey Nathan! Another Q from me:

    -How do you structure your ped escalation with Calum Raistrick? Is it oto-regulation that based on your look,appetiate,recovery, perfomance etc or pre-planned? I remembered something very similar androgen escalation format on Cal’s log where we go up primo 100-200mg with 50-100mg test per lets say 4-6 weeks? I am very impressed your progression mate, i hope you will get that card soon. Cheers!

    Hey bud. Correct in off season we escalated every 2-3 weeks over a 14 week push until peak load. 50mg test + 200mg primo + 50mg NPP

    Leg day wrapped up vlogged for my YouTube I’m trying my best with the content it’s hard but I’ve seen James hollingshead switch and do more and it’s inspired me! So I’m just running with. Bodybuilding and lifestyle.

    Hi Nathan, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I am catching up your log lately. I didn’t realize which is my fault. If it is possible, I wanna ask a few question about your supplement stack just because of education purposes. Here we go

    1-We know that effective dosing range of HGH for males is 2-6 IU. If you want to bump up your intake how would you structure? Still am and pm 3iu or 2 iu 3 times per day? If second one is yes, how you combine with your fast acting insulin?

    2-I saw you use injectable l-carnitine from your off-season into prep. In off-season, what is the main reason of this compound? Did you want to use its lipolytic effect?

    3-As I said earlier, I am catching up your log lately I am sorry again. You used T4 at replacement therapy dosage in your off season? What was your thought process plus can we take t4 first thing in the morning with caffeine? I saw a post from PC site and they dont suggest that but I dont find any study about that topic yet.

    4-If we decide to take lantus and gh like you do, how do you timeline their pinning because we know that they have antogonist effect on another, should we split shots 1.5-2hrs first gh and then lantus? Given ex. Take gh after that do your fasted cardio take a shower and take lantus with your first meal which obviously contain carbs as well.

    5-The last but not the least, what is the purpose behind usage exogenous insulin (lantus and novorapid) in prep while we have good insulin sensivity due to high energy expenditure via formal cardio and/or steps and caloric deficit.

    As I said before just educational purposes, I am sorry if I take your time and effort massively!

    Hey buddy anytime no problems at all,

    So I have stuck to 4iu GH split AM/PM for the last 18 months. I don’t see any need currently to increase this dosage. Neither does Cal….I went to 6 for my pec year recovery and the negative impact it had on me feeling very lethargic was apparent so I dipped back to 4iu which is where I will remain. Unless cal instructs otherwise.

    L carnitine has many other benefits not just a lipolytic effects in a deficit so my thought process was it will help mobilise free fatty acids and utilise these during my push up. Which help me stay leaner in the off season. Improved energy, I felt less fatigued and increased energy although at my heaviest weight ever by a long way. It’s also been shown to help with and increase in lean muscle mass amongst others.

    When using GH this impacts the secretion on T4 which therefor has an impact on free thyroxine and rT3 concentration so it’s there simply for replacement measure it you should always go off bloodwork. My latest bloods suggest I should probably go a touch higher than 100mcg next off season at around 1.6mcg per Kg which is what is used at clinical dosage. But during a prep phase when exogenous T3 is being utilised there isn’t really a need for the use of T4 only at replacement levels.

    The use of insulin is still in play because Calum feels this hasn’t slowed down fat loss at all. We are still having a good amount of peri workout carbohydrates and we are shuttling nutrients nicely around the workout perimeter. So until cal pulls it. It stays in!

    I take my gh fasted at around 5am I use lantus around 8:30-8:45 with meal 1

    After 30 mins cardio and approx 4-5k steps

    Hey Nathan. When you was running high primo, would you pin daily with insulin pins? Maybe twice a day into the muscle? And what injection sites did you use. Thank you

    I buy a a 20ml sterile vial off the internet. Lid all my shots into the vial for the week. So my max was

    7.5ml primo (1500mg) 200mg/ml
    1.7ml test
    2ml NPP

    11.25 total into 7 days = 1.6ml daily – 0.8ml per backfilled insulin shot.

    Rear delt
    Quad
    Lat
    Bicep
    Tricep

    Just wrapped up for the day!! Another busy one today! Rest day was cardio, dog walks, in person check ins, and new set ups.

    Then I’ve had to transfer 40 clients on to a new system as we have split the client database and changed our accounts and are now 2 limited companies….ballache but sorted now finally!

    Also speaking to market and graphic designer and apparel designer for some new coaching t shirts for clients. So it’s been non stop!

    Leg day tomorrow. So off for an early night! Just gonna set the new AC unit up and see if it works well tonight

    5.5 weeks 🚀🎯

    Looking amazing bro , been following this for a while. Quick question all that primo with lower test , specially prop that doesnt aromatize as much. Doesnt that crash your estrogen?

    Thankyou buddy. The test primo ratio isn’t 1:2 even the DHT to test isn’t with the added masteron. So it’s not crashing my oestrodial too hard. My E2 naturally runs quite high without sides but my bloodwork at 8 weeks out suggested oestrodial was in a good place. I don’t know if I posted these I’ll dig them out and post.

    Obviously everyone is different so the importance of bloodwork is crucial

    296.4lbs this AM so a decent drop off after rest day new low food.

    Felt like I was on prep. But motivation is sky high and I’m here to work daily as hard a needed to achieve what I want!

    Great push day today with H super hot but we got it nailed! Session went as follows as we are still looking after the shoulder/bicep

    Pec fly – 1 x 30, 1 x 15, 1 x 8 + TDS

    Cable press – 3 x 8-12 + 1 x 8/8/8 20 second stretch after each drop.

    Incline press – 5 sec negative 2 pause drive out x 8 rest 10 seconds full reps to failure, rest 10 seconds partials to failure x 3 rounds

    Tricep dip machine – 1 x 30, 1 x 20, 1 x 15 + TDS

    Cuffed laterals 3 x 15

    SA laterals 1 x 30, 1 x 15, 1 x 8 + TDS

    Cross body extensions – 4 x 15

    SA bicep curl – 1 x 30, 1 x 15, 1 x 8 + drop

    This allows a little more recovery but also and extra days cardio per week and an extra days lower food so this should increase the overall deficit and in turn fat loss.

    I am now on the same rotation as Kuba and Mark so will be jumping in on a lot of there sessions.

    1 – we always get after it.
    2 – we are both gonna be in the trenches and have goals
    3 – it’s just inspiring training around mates who fucking live for this shit!

    Drugs remain the same and fat burners remain the same.

    Quick one: are you experiencing any mental benefit from Carnitine? I’ve never have nothing from oral supplementation.. wondering if trying the Inj one it could change!

    I can honestly say I’m more alert and switched on I have used it consistently since coming out of prep last year at 200mg fasted and now 300mg and I feel awesome. I backfill an insulin pin into the pec. Easy as you like.

    Depending on the site I back fill insulin pins (if your lean enough) and use those.

    Quad, delt, lat, rear delt, bicep, tricep never more than 0.8 per site

    Late post for me tonight as Ive only just finished on the laptop I’ve taken 2 new athletes on 6 and 9 weeks out so needed to get them up and running!

    Great session with Oscar, Kuba and mark at FLF today…..many more to come well needed rest day tomorrow. I’d dropped 3lbs from yesterdays guest spot, so we shall see where we are tomorrow I expect some changes from Cal, so we can push down hard for a few weeks and trial a peak.
