Pull today with Max Gombros a very promising classic physique amateur. I honestly believe he has the potential to go all the way. He’s 6ft 5 so it’s good to train with someone who knows the struggles putting muscle on a tall frame. He’s young, hungry and also has a great classic look and flow! Watch out for him.
Boxed my routine off for the guest spot this morning I’m happy to say we’ve nailed it in 3 days….
297.4lbs this AM up a little earlier than normal. As well it’s approaching 6 weeks out so sleep takes a little bit and hunger is very apparent! But we move new condition coming daily now.
I’ve spoke to Cal about a little split change to focus on recovery so I shall update you on this soon!!

Boxed my routine this morning for the MK guest spot just need to nail it down now over next couple of days so it’s fresh in my
Mind. Had a full body shave too.Works been boxed off this morning, so I can concentrate on emails, responses and getting the logo finished with the Cam our marketing guy tonight so we can start sorting Our new sheets etc for coaching info exciting times ahead.
Preps been really enjoyable so far. I’m around a great bunch of people. I’m happy I feel secure and supported and I am just living life in the moment. I’m here for it and ready to dig deep 🎯💀

He thinks we can be nearly 100% in 3 weeks. So the plan of attack is…..Feed up a touch tomorrow, then we will run with some food, potentially drug and output changes to bring it home. I’m here for it. I’m ready for it! I’m bringing it!

These levels look about right to me for the dosage your taking. I’d be looking at adding in some vitamin b6 p5p to control prolactin a touch 500mg per day

This is a very common problem asking the local gym goer….at 68 I really cannot get my head around this. But if he’s made up his mind it’s going to be very difficult to change his mind. Especially at his age. You can convey all the risks and also potential benefits if done properly. But he needs to be listening to the correct people bud. Good luck 🤞

Shots from this mornings check in at 299lbs I usually have a drop after rest day due to sports massage and lower food. But the heat could be playing havoc we shall see what the scales say tomorrow

Also would would you recommend splitting gh on wake and before bed or on wake and pre workout. Wake is 7am and pre would be 12 midday?
I do AM/PM bud well fasted and then 30 mins pre last meal

What benefit have you personally seen from HGH? Ever felt you gained any size from it?
I always feel fuller in GH but I’ve used now for over 12 months at 4iu and the dose has remained that. So I don’t know any other feeling now buddy

Rest day…..if you can call it a rest and we’re still not done.

Got about 1500 steps of 14k to do which I’ll more than likely box off doing food prep and posing with pheebs

HaircutThen I’ve put 3 posing mirrors in the wall with my dad in the cardio suite. A hose pipe on the wall. Client work, food prep. It’s been mayhem lol! And hot!
Now for a shower and to eat meal 5 then I’m going to box 5 runs through my routine for the weekend as I’ve got some practise to do as we made up my routine yesterday morning!
Then it will be last meal and bed!

A good skincare routine is essential here, but also look at reducing stress levels as I believe forehead acne is related to stress. Also hair related products….if you wear gel etc

Big session today! Pull and hams with haran.
Woke up boxed a little work off took the dog
For some steps and then started my routine with pheebs for Saturday guest spot. We’ve left it late but we should have it boxed for Saturday….I hopeThen we went to s20 for some JP product shots
Then to train at UF so a busy day so far. Will be playing catch up on work a touch and will have a few steps to box. But we move!

299.4lbs this AM so 0.6lbs down. Weight holding maybe the bump up in test to 700mg and intro of teen to 100mg per week plus the sushi holding me nicely, visibly drier and tighter daily which is good. I will be pushed a touch more these next 3-4 weeks knowing cal. Get me lean and keep me fresh and im ready for it.
Push today…..Its a hot one then Pull and hams for the site tomorrow!

I’ll start posting up some little updates for the season ahead with my athletes to spur conversation around topics that could be of interest to those following along. Interesting weekend in Alicante at the Ben Weider NPC Spain!
The team delivered on the following;
Mens Physique Open Class A – 4th
Mens Physique Open Class D – 2nd AND 3rd
Bikini True Novice – 1st
Bikini Novice – 2nd
Bikini Open Class E – 1st AND 3rd
No card this weekend which is always the goal at these shows and the expectation, but sometimes it doesn’t materialise, the NPC shows in Spain are extremely competitive and very insightful especially seeing the judging criteria’s, this week Maz was head judge again.
One really interesting variable I’ll always notice with the European shows in warmer climates is the changes in peaking approach and timings when the body is turning over fluid at a much quicker rate, sweating more, requiring more hydration and electrolyte re-balancing as a result.
Using small fractional doses of diazide, which is a fairly common peaking set up I’ll adopt for BB, classic and MP when loading right into stage is the speed this pulls the physique dry THEN flat in the warmer temperatures, what might take several hours in the UK (relative to half life) takes a couple of hours in the heat, and the magnitude in which it pulls is drastically different. This weekend was the 3rd European NPC show i’ve attended with athletes and was even more refined having noted this above in the first show at the start of the year, so we hit the peaks very well this weekend, just very clear on stage who has potentially under-estimated the impact of the climate on the approach used.
Peaking for a UK regional into a European pro qual is a VERY different process due to simply a novel reason such as the weather / heat!
