Hey Nathan what brand Hgh do you use?
I’m lucky as I have a contact that gets somatotropin straight from peak pharmacy as his son has a growth hormone deficiency so I get around 90iu per month for him I’m 30iu cartridges
I always have a box of genX or 2k tropin in the fridge as it keeps me topped up I run 4iu daily so I’m always 20-30 iu short pharma

Rest day today up at 5am as usual nothing changes.

In person check in
Then I took the dog round a local lake with a friend as it was early and nice and it will be too hot for him anytime now!7k steps boxed off before 9am now to tidy up some bits on the laptop. And chill today.
Steps up to 14k
Food down 150 calories on test rest day,Check in pics attached 300lbs on the nose.
7 weeks to close the door and bring something special!

I don’t think this is a sensible approach at all buddy. For numerous reasons. Which would take a long
Time to go through. Jordan’s comment isn’t just a one size fits all or an all you can eat daily buffet! There are many factors to take into consideration when growing. And everyone is slightly different. What you have outlined is a sure fire way. To smash your digestion to bits. Become very insulin resistant very quickly. And basically become pretty fat pretty quickly. Which is no benefit at all when it comes to training and recovery. So rushing the process by just slamming food is not what he meant.Yes there is a time when you have to get slightly uncomfortable with food amounts, but not how your suggesting.
To give a full outlined approach most coaches want to know alot of information.

A fantastic training week boxed off. Progress has been made. I feel strong and fit and ready to attack the rest of prep!
I’m ready for a rest day tomorrow though not gonna lie today has smashed me. But I love it.
We shall check in Monday and see what cal says on rather there’s going to be any changes to food to push on a little! Regardless I’m here for it!

I think your ready to push back up IMO your very young and should be very responsive here….
I would make sure you do this very gradually. And keep Activity constant to keep a consistent check set a step goal and output goal. And keep those constant.
Add 2-300 calories run that for 7-14 days assess. Go again….
Aim to keep in a steady surplus for the longest period possible

Evening guys….up to 302lbs after 70 rolls of sushi. Felt a little watery this AM but literally got drier and harder and fuller as the day went on. Legs was an awesome session today in not ideal circumstances as we were stuck in traffic for 90 mins but shit happens and I had my prepare pro and Pumpage and had one the best sessions I’ve had!
I’m Expecting a decent drop off again tomorrow. And we dig in again. We just rinse and repeat until the boss tells me otherwise!
Let’s go!

Rest day today 300.4lbs this AM had a sun bed last night sometimes causes a touch of water. And then pull was a big session. Nothing to worry about as visibly I look leaner and I feel like I’m in prep.
Cardio, posing and steps were a touch tougher it we still got it done at 100%
Sports massage today and plenty of client work and a few errands to run.
I’ll take the dog out again this evening for 25-30 mins to box my remainder of steps off.

I have a slightly different mindset towards the above unless you cook it exactly the same way for the same
Time every time……then weigh cookedSo always raw for accuracy for me.
Cook a 200g breast for 15 mins it’s 140g

I would taper down immediately, as J said 50 then 25mcg which would suggest replacement dose. Then come off after 2 weeks
Allow the body to have a couple of weeks and then get blood-work. The thyroid can recover quite quickly if it hasn’t been permanently damaged.
