Check in Day today! 333lbs – which is madness!
FUN FACT – when i first properly got introduced to Jordan and Corinne through competing at a show they sponsored for the PCA in 2017 i weighed 241lbs on stage. I have 12-14 weeks left of this push phase and feel 340-345 is easily achievable here. I don’t like to put numbers on things but 290-295lbs on stage could be feasible the next time round. which would be an increase on 50+lbs in stage weight in 5 years (10lbs a year average)
Food increase on training day:-
950g carbs
375g protein
105g fat
6300 kcals (just under)Increase in Lantus insulin 25iu AM
Training volume increase on the areas we are trying to bring up. Today was leg day the session logbook posted on the next post! With some check in pics from this AM.

Matt i would 100% be wanting to be in a full bill of health before entering as taxing and stressful on the body as a prep. Especially on the kidneys – I agree with both Hilly and Jordan. Seek medical attention and get these sorted ASAP

7 hours is solid mate. I’d be happy with 7 hours every night. Everyone is slightly different but if you’re consistently getting 7 hours you’ll be good ??

Morning Guys, Late evening early start today…..Rest day today and needed as Im sore everywhere.
Cardio and posing boxed off at 5:30AM – back for some work and Meal 1 then I will walk the dog. We have a funeral to attend to today. So we will pay our respects to a great man and spend some time with the family. Then it will be back to the laptop for some new starters the evening.
330.2lbs this AM check in day tomorrow. But all is well

Evening guys! A busy day today’s a week have the builders and plasterers in revamping the back garden!
Cardio as normal, then a sports massage, then checks in until I went for a beard and hair cut! Which in all honesty doing anything out of my routine just throws a spanner in the works for my schedule! And I hate it! Then a couple more check ins. Then a late pull session! I still have 2 check ins to box off before I shut down but the session was great. I feel as though things are moving along nicely now. Session went as follows

Not doing shoulder press in push day?
No shoulder press at all buddy. All incline press and side delt work on both days. I have a rotator cuff issue which worsens with anything over head

Im finding my groove with this push and can tell this next few weeks will be big for me! relentless in the pursuit of progression.
One thing i will say is i do this because i love it. Not because i want a certain outcome, title, card or anything else. Just because i have passion and love for the sport and industry and i want to be better every day. If i keep doing this adding all those days up then what will be will be. But i do know if i keep doing what im doing over the next 12-18 months. Im going to take some stopping on any amateur stage i step on. The goal be undeniable.

your first cycle should be just out of physiological range so for me anything from 200-300mg Test only per week depending on BW and composition.
I would look at getting bloods done at week 5/6 to check hormone panel and again at 12 to check health markers. Then make a decision based off these results weather you can continue to push on for another 4-8 weeks. Based off your bio feedback on other variables.
A year is ridiculous.

Evening guys! Today has been the busiest day to date for me as an online coach in terms of check ins. I feel very fortunate to be in this position and to have built the business to this position so i am extremely grateful to my clients.
My body needed the rest day today after yesterdays Pull session. My back is fried in all the right areas. So a very successful session. Buzzing for it to come round again!
328lbs holding nicely now! Push tomorrow which im really looking forward to and taking some more progressions here.

There will be some discomfort when breaking down tight muscles….this is inevitable and you will have some level of pain response. It should be generally manageable, and the more work you get with the same therapist the better understanding you will both have of what level to go to for it to be effective.
You need to be open and honest with the therapist and you will build a good working relationship

hey Dan so for me i don’t like to push for progressively longer than around 16-20 weeks, I will run to 20 as long as Body comp is respectable, appetite, digestion, sleep, recovery aren’t in too much of a bad place, obviously with any surplus for a long period of time food/training/anabolics your body will have accumulated fatigue and stress and will more than ready in need of a re set.
This is when a maintenance dose or a TRT or TRT+ dose would be beneficial, and a slight pull back on food for me (if the level of food has got uncomfortable) to re sensitise, wash off some digestive stress, a little body-fat and be ready to go again after bloodwork and health markers allow you to do so.
Unless you are in a severe deficit for a long period of time it will be very difficult to lose muscle tissue in this phase. You may drop some water from inflammation accrued, and also a little glycogen storage and fullness. But you wont lose muscle.
So in short yes this for me is a nice time for a little tidy up if needed

BACK AT IT!
you don’t realise how much you Love and miss the gym until you’ve been forced off for a few days! Great session back today think the rest did me good to be fair, Kind of auto-regulated by resting even though i was ill i still hit all my meals and just rested up. So i took that as a deload. Im ready and fresh to go now!
Todays session went as follows:-

seated calves 85 x 15/8/5 RP, 65 x 30Rest day tomorrow then we are back in for push and im buzzing!
Im on the hunt for a commercial cross trainer for my cardio room, and a treadmill, and a mini stairmaster were having a TV in there and a posing mirror which i can’t wait until its done it will be so efficient for prep and just life in general!
In other news i was 328lbs this AM so weight has held pretty steady, I can see an increase coming with a bump in anabolics and some fullness coming back from training. Digestion is good, appetite is good, wellbeing is good! Just keep doing the do!
