    Back home after staying at my mum and dads for the weekend up to walk there dog early this AM then back home for check ins traine legs at s20 actually had a great session.

    Then we had Sunday lunch at pheebs parents. All the kids were there so it was mental. But always fun.

    I’m nakerd today so ready for a good sleep and get stuck back in tomorrow!

    Long day today up at 5am took my parents dog out for a walk and did some client check ins then 6.5 hour round trip for a gasp seminar and meet up at a gym in Norwich fully pumped!

    where I held a talk which was good. But I decided to rest as I was nakerd when I got home. Another dog walk went to see my Nana she’s 96 bless her.

    Then spent an hour with pheebs! I will be up early again for dog walk then it’s checking day and leg day before a Sunday dinner at pheebs parents

    Busy day today! Plenty of client work Friday seems to be a busy check in day now. Especially with client shows coming up.

    Trained at s20 pull today a touch later after 3 meals and was a great session!! A really good session o ln my own today.

    I’m at my parents for the weekend dog sitting so dog walk this evening with Reggie then boxed a little work off and then an early night for me as I’m up early for travelling to Norwich for a gasp seminar. Then hopefully get back to train legs with pheebs in the afternoon!

    Hey bud so I would suggest….

    Pick one training style and stick with it for a solid 16+weeks.

    Don’t worry about whether it’s the perfect programme, consistency will give you 10x more progress than chopping and changing.

    Keep it simple. A push/pull/legs or upper/lower split, focusing on getting strong with the basics (presses, rows, squats, hinges), this will cover 95% of what you need.

    Track your lifts and aim to progress slowly over time. That alone will keep you on the right track.

    Don’t overthink the methods Jay, Dorian, JP they all had different approaches, but they all trained hard and consistently.

    That’s the most common factor!

    Great push session today, took some nice progression. Did a round of posing after and felt a lot more comfortable.

    Feeling really focused and switched on currently with the peptide stack I’m running. And everything is clicking nicely.

    Pull tomorrow and then a long drive to Norwich on Saturday for a gasp seminar so may end up resting and training legs on Sunday at s20

    Nath with the additions of your peptide stack, SS31, Mot C , bpc etc.
    did you notice any water retention from any of these initially?

    Not got BPC in yet until the klowblend comes out

    But no I haven’t noticed any water retention if anything I’ve got drier since starting

    Rest day today. Jimmy stopped at ours last night after a long drive from Scotland. I was up at 5am for client work, then cardio and dog walk, got ready for the podcast with the boys great episode this week. Really good topics.

    just done another dog walk after boxing off some training plans.

    Ready to chill for the evening now with pheebs!

    I have heard of and used PharmaQ and usually they are solid, But with Masteron at the minute Im very wary. so would like to see lab results recent. I now theres the odd bit floating around and potentially will be some mast Prop but it wont be for long

    So again every will be slightly different here which is why taking note on how you feel and running bloods will be very important.

    I did a 1:1 ratio and it crashed my E2 way too hard…..

    Ive had clients run a 2:1 ratio – test to EQ 1g test 500mg EQ and they have been fine and felt great I have also had client run less on the EQ as that even pulled there E2 down hard. So there is no set rule for you it will be trial and error bud

    Lower today a decent session today considering the knee situation.

    Belt squat RDL x 2
    Glute drive x 2
    Leg extension x 3
    Leg press x 2
    SA cable curl x 3
    DB hammer curl x 3

    Bodyweight a touch up this AM now carbs have moved up, cal increased food this week to start moving back through the gears with performance.

    700g carb now….

    291.2lbs this AM looking just as tight and a touch fuller

    Rest day and podcast tomorrow!
