Rets day today…..288.4lbs this AM so a touch down on average this week. Look slightly improved. Just holding steady!
20 mins cardio + 4.5k steps with the dogs. checked all athletes in then went for Sunday roast with Oscar and Pheebs in Manchester and a good catch up and a walk around Manchester.

Update on the mito stack I feel incredible in the gym my focus to do task is spot better. Im sleeping better and when wake im wide awake like i feel I dont need as long in bed? But I feel better.
MOTS-C from 1mg to 2mg is good shift in energy levels too

It’s not just water it will be bodyfat also. Your extremely sensitive to fat gain post show also so the damage is done. You need to diet to pull that back off to pre contest before reversing out or your going to cut your off season runway very short. But we have all done this in our own journey it’s knowing when to stop. 24 hours you may yeah eah with….some people maybe 2 days. 7 days your putting bodyfat on no doubts about it, aswell as water

289lbs this AM cardio done again its a daily routine now and Im really in to my swing…..with everything So even though Ive had some shite news about my knee. Nothing changes as this lifestyle is what I love and the process i cant live without. So I will keep improving in one way or another.
Great push session today. Swapped in the strive incline press today and felt great the session volume was perfect. The Mito stack is really assisting with how Im feeling and to day Ive been off cycle as such for nearly 9 months and it will be basically 10 and a half to 11 months before I get back on cycle all being well. I don’t look to bad….
Pull tomorrow and buzzing to get in and get the session nailed!

Sperm count went from 1.8milion with 2% motility to 39.9 million with 17% motility but still work to do….This was 10 weeks ago. So will only be better now. I have another analysis on October 29th

With training I would be looking at training at MEV and 1 RIR for as long as you can and still be taking progress as this will set you up for a long progressive run.
calories should have been brought up to maintenance at least for the shows, so maybe nudging into a slight surplus and slowly edge calories forward from a mixture of fats and carbs for energy, satiety and hormones.
Rate of gain 0.25-0.5% BW per week is a solid target

Masteron doesn’t actually lower E2 IME it won’t block aromatization the way an AI does. What it does is help you tolerate higher E2 better, but if E2 climbs, Mast alone won’t fix it.
If you’re running 250mg/wk test + 150mg mast weekly, I’d recommend splitting that into more frequent daily shots, IME it helps with fewer fluctuations in hormones and sides. At that ratio, many guys find it keeps estrogen-related issues under control without needing an AI.

20 mins cardio + dog walk. sports massage and 20 mins walk on treadmill at gym, then another walk this evening with the dogs and that 10k + steps boxed off….
plenty of client work and some great check ins from the guys!!
Back in to push tomorrow. Mindset is everything. regardless of shit news. There are so many things to be grateful for. And Im happy and healthy and going to be back regardless of the timeframe
