I like 2 variations personally and really focus on getting as skilled at this movements as possible and milk the progressions for as long as possible before switching out

Another rehab day today as I’m training upper tomorrow in wales before registration for the show. Looking forward to it actually nice progress again today longer dog walk. More intense work on the bike. So a big win again

Rehab day today and some more nice progressions in feel and movement and also strength and ROM. Busy check in day as alway.
I have some new starters to set up. Which is going to be busy as this weekend we are in wales for the 2bros show
But will get it done somehow

Today was a very busy day check ins from 5:30am and in person, then the podcast. Back to training plans and enquiries should have done my rehab session today but pheebs had losing clients so I was on dad watch for an hour or so until pheebs was done so didn’t get in. So will do 2 rehab days back to back and the train upper Saturday in wales as we are up for the RL coaching cup

Can I ask why aren’t you mixing your pressing and flying in a single session?
That may be too much pressing in 1 session then all flys the next?

Upper today and another really good session took some weight and load progressions across the board.
Low incline smith x 2
Incline DB fly x 2
Machine pull-down x 2
Upperback row x 2
Seated DB Side delt x 3
SA tricep push down x 2
SA preacher x 310 mins bike
Dog walk this AM once it stopped raining. Dropped another 2lbs this AM 293.2lbs this AM I think about 10lbs off this maybe 12lbs in the next 4-6 weeks will be half respectable. But I will look to keep getting leaner over the next few months.
I’ve been thinking of adding 10mg tren A in aswell to the stack but undecided as yet.

More confidence building with walking going up and down stairs, the bike so an excellent day.
295lbs this AM down 2lbs from starting the diet yesterday 😂

Great day today 2 in person this AM and some work boxed off. Then went to meet Riz and Dee at MacArthur Glenn for a coffee and a chat. Then our friends came to see us and stayed and looked after effie for an hour so me and pheebs could train together. Which was nice.
I’ve set my diet up today want to get a touch leaner over the next 6 weeks
297lbs this AM let’s see what I can do

Today was dog walk, check ins and then me and pheebs went to town for a coffee and a Nando’s and a walk round with Effie which was nice I did the food shop and then chilled. I will Go train upper early tomorrow AM

Agree with the guys. I wouldn’t put yohimbine in at the end anyway. I would only use to start assss tolerance I have had clients have issues with digestion, sleep, anxiety not a huge fan.
So stick with the basics. I do like l-carnitine though year round
