Really good rehab session with Toby today took some big progressions with workload some slight adjustments to my programming from next week looking forward to progressing that now

Rest day/physio day today saw my physio post op today not my private physio. And he was very impressed with progress and ROM he’s happy with what myself and Toby are doing and said we’re ahead of where he’d expect which is great, so some progressions on certain movements now.
Busy day of work today also and I’ve started designing some new sheets for my coaching too.
My full lower session with Toby in derby tomorrow and a busy check in day

Best session for a while today. Really good session. I re downloaded RP strength app mainly for just logging my workouts more effectively. But I spent a couple of hours customising my setup and was a great set up.

Spain you should be absolutely fine I’ve taken to Spain plenty of times.
I just pop it in my wash bag with the amount of slin pins I need to last me the week and 1 barrel and green and back fill when I’m there.

I agree with the guys in one go! Depends how long before you trained you last ate are and how long your session lasts too. That will dictate Timing

A nice step forward today with rehab work. Felt more confident and comfortable with every movement I leg pressed deeper my squat to stand was better everything moved forward as it should so I’m happy,
Work is super busy at the minute but I’m loving it

ALT in isolation won’t paint the full picture.
ALT leaks from skeletal muscle too. 5 days off may not be enough you may need a full 7 days completely off training, no posing, no cardio beyond walking to get ALT fully back in range if you train very hard, you eat high protein etc.
More importantly, what did your GGT and ALP come back as? If those are clean, it’s almost certainly muscle, not liver.
Liver support supps won’t alter ALT too much if the source is muscle. Vital support double dose overall lower systemic stress and supps to reduce inflammation add Glutithione then maybe 7 days full rest if your still concerned.
retest ALT alongside GGT, ALP and CK. Clean GGT = muscle. Elevated GGT = then look at the cycle.

I’m going to do my log now as I’ve still not managed to get to the gym for my rehab today. And I will be going there next. Yes it’s late and not ideal but gotta get it done. I’ve had a very busy weekend and today was mental with client work.
Reverse plans, 18 check ins, bloodwork reviews and a new starter plus trying to keep a 6 week old entertained and allow pheebs to get the gym too. So my rehab will get done soon. 24 hour gym so it’s hand I can just train and come home eat shower and bed.
Back to it tomorrow for upper at some point

2ndNot a bad day. We Always want to come home with a win and a universe title but not today unfortunately. Still a good season to date with plenty more to come.

Very busy weekend so far. Wedding Friday which was a challenge with a 5 week old over an hour from home also having 25 check ins and 2 in persons before we set off.
Saturday up at 5am over to derby for in person check ins with client who competed today and then tomorrow at the uni
Then in persons after the show again to touch base again….
Great result for my guy today taking the class win in master 40’s
Tomorrow I have 3 in….

I actually like the topical yohimbine for the US on stubborn areas. Like glutes and midsection.
Oral I’m not a massive fan. Think there are now way more effective options.
For a natty then I will use a small dose 5-10mg fast with caffeine. And fast for 3+ hours get a good chunk of activity boxed off

Upper with a client today his last pump session before stage this weekend. Very happy with what we have done to get him back this week.
24 week prep got a stomach virus at the start of the week had 2 days less than 1500kcals super inflamed. So today look how he did. Maybe not 100% but 90% with 2 days to refine the look I am very happy.
Wedding tomorrow which should be fun but I’m that busy it’s Abit daunting that I won’t be at my laptop for the weekend

Very good rehab session today after a busy day with check ins and podcast.
Had quite abit of laptop work on today with new starters, consults, peak week guys and normal check ins.
Took a step forward today in leg press strength, wall squats, hamstring curl, side lying hip thrust and seated calves
So buzzing with that. Physio tomorrow at 5pm
