Rest day today
Dog walk this AM
Plenty of client work, sports massage, client work, then just off to take arnie out for another 2k steps then another meal and get ready for bed. Busy day as always again tomorrow with prep clients checking in. And push at UF derby with the Dr.

Pull today at 302lbs as always the 2nd day after my high day I see an upward trend in BW this happened into last week then took big drops at the weekend again.
Performance holding just not being greedy with what I’m trying to take on a session to session basis. Rest day tomorrow. And needed appetite really kicked in today so will be interesting to see what happens when the rest goes in.

I can train on my own or with the right partner. I have had a consistent training partner for the last 4 years with just a few spells here and there where we train alone. Injuries, schedules etc and it’s been fantastic. I’ve had a couple of really good training partners over the years. But they have to be punctual and aligned with your goals.
This week I have trained alone twice and will train with my partner twice and all session will always have the same intensity

Evening guys a very busy weekend! Sunday was a day of rest packing T shirts for the big dog cast, dog walks and a refeed meal which only had me up 0.6lbs from a low weight of 298.4lbs which I think was a little bit of a freak weigh in.
We shall see how the body has responded today as I usually hold the 2nd day after food like a delayed response.
Great push session today. We’re still holding performance nicely even at 20lbs down in a short space of time. Elbow is getting better weekly but still not perfect just yet so we carry on with the BPC & TB set up.
I’m going to add retatrutide in at 1mg from next week to see the Benefits I see and response I get so I have data for if I use it with clients post show. And in diet phases.
Pull tomorrow so we keep cracking on with this momentum up to my
Holiday in 6 weeksI do t think it will benefit me pulling down much lower than mid to low 290’s with no androgens in place at the risk of losing performance and muscle.
I have another fertility test to send off this week so I’m really hoping I have had some nice results and then we go from there for the next POA

It’s 100% normal….if your reaching new levels of muscle and new bodyweight then you will have some lethargy and discomfort of all other health metrics are in a good spot and your body comp is good then you just have to ride it. It will get easier ach time you get back up to new bodyweights. And keep cardiovascular fit for me keep some cardio in

Busy morning 7 client checking for guys who are competing over the coming couple of month. The off to the gym.
Solid arms session this AM after meal 1 early before heading you to the TBJP pro qualifier, very nice venue and the stage and lighting was the best 2bros have done to date so very impressed.
Back home after a long day to watch the boxing with friends and then a full rest day tomorrow. With pheebs

I agree adding carbs won’t necessarily increase your focus mid session just give you sustained energy. So overall dietary intake, full body set up may need looking or some other nootropic supplement to keep you switched on

Fantastic but hot posterior session today. Took nice progressions again across the board. Very happy with how strength is holding and progressing weekly. It will probably have to hold soon as BE trends down so I don’t pick up any niggles and sacrifice form for chasing the logbook. So keeping my ego out of it will be key here.
RDL feeling better each week, some great check ins today, and a few more tomorrow with clients who are competing soon.
Busy weekend planned with a show tomorrow, check ins and client work and a consult and also plenty of T shirts to pack on Sunday

305lbs this AM so body is kind of settling around the low 300lbs now so may need a little push on from here. Performance is still progressing nicely todays session

Supps will be fine to take away. I do exactly the same. Pack my AM & PM supps in little bags and then pop them in my wash bag. Keep taking all health supps all year round
