Pull and biceps today BW was up a touch this AM but did weigh in earlier and didn’t have a bowel movement yesterday for some reason, and I’m usually pretty regular.
Great session today took accidental
Progression as I had a 25kg on the Tbar instead of a 20kg for matched reps it felt heavy aswell I’m 5lbs down since the last time I did this session.Steps boxed at 11500k
Sports massage and shockwave after pull. Then some more work boxed off.

Nice start to the week 303.6lbs so down even after a bump in cals yesterday
12k steps boxed off
Great push session. The gym was busy today so we had to a couple of machines so we weren’t waiting too long but a fantastic session and felt strong today. Pressing still moving forward nicely.
Tomorrow is pull at s20 a busy day of check ins Tuesday and then 2 new set ups to do! So will be flat out as always from early doors

Happy Sunday guys rest day today. Dog walk this AM then down to Wolverhampton for a client show, back to a BBQ at friends for there little girls birthday.
New client set up when I got in. Then a feed up this evening as cal told me to bump an extra 1500 kcals on top of baseline diet.
Kept everything clean but a nice bump in cals. Back to work tomorrow

304.2lbs this AM so new low….arms and calves at s20 nice session. Plenty of steps and some client work done.
Couple of new enquiries responded too. Show day tomorrow so up early for my check in and a quick dog walk before setting off to Wolverhampton.

Hot one today!! But a good session and progress taken again on posterior. all main movements are up and feeling solid.
RDL’s on the belt squat feeling loads better each week now. and feeling fantastic. Steps boxed off already nice and early. 30 mins treadmill, 25 mins dog walk, then steps around gym, and hoovered the house this PM as its so hot to take the dogs out again.
Arms & calves tomorrow will get steps nailed early doors with the heat. Sunday is show day for a client. BW. has trended up these last 2 days but not concerning as sleep has been less and Ive weighed in 90 mins earlier than normal

If you have had to use DNP in your prep, then you have fucked up somewhere down the line as to why your not in shape on time. You were too fat to start, you haven’t given yourself long enough, you haven’t managed things close enough. Why would you not just re adjust timeline and show dates and get ready when your ready? and keep your body as fresh as it can be during a prep? rather than completely fucking your look

Evening guys. Great push session today with the Dr. Made some nice progress again. Elbow is a little sore still so didn’t do any pushdowns. I did 6 sets of arsenal OH extensions as i can do that pretty pain free.
Weight up a touch this AM, but was up a touch earlier….and had a sports massage yesterday so potentially a little inflammation. Its been super hot today too but steps were nailed early. Looking forward to posterior tomorrow!

Ive tried all ways. I like pre bed for the main dose at 6iu I would probably do all pre bed when I go Higher 10-12iu, I split fasted, preWO and pre bed – with pre bed being the biggest hit

You can dose high for sure but 500mcg daily just rotating sites as needed should do the trick over a 4-6 week period with the TB 500 added.
You can get 5mg BPC IV in one go so that dosage wouldn’t hurt some people report slight nausea with high doses but I’ve had the IV before and was fine

100% agree with Meg. I’ve done this many times and just ends up furthering the problem. If it’s tendinitis then you will need to rest a touch and get some therapy work. Potentially some peptides for inflammation. And then re set all lifts and look at execution
