Happy Saturday guys!
289lbs this AM we are aiming to hold a higher BW leading into the Italy pro. And bring a fuller look so we dont have to be quite aggressive with the load…..
We have a few different tools we will try this time round which is exciting to see how my body responds. This first season is about finding what works, and what look brings the best result to stage. 3 weeks out tomorrow.
First leg day in 2 weeks today and Im buzzing for it even though Im cautious regards my knee I know what i can do and work with.
I have booked my MRI for 6 weeks time for when the season is done to get some clarity on what I need to do regards moving forward. Then it will be recovery mode before going into my off season for 2025.

Evenign guys! back to 287.6lbs this AM so another 3lbs drop and a really good look today. great pull session and in person with Cal who is happy!
Rest day tomorrow so infrared sauna, haircut & beard, Some house stuff to sort and new client set ups!
Then its legs on Saturday which Im buzzing for!

Evening guys first day back in the gym today I weighed in at 290.2lbs this AM pre bed weight was 299.8lbs after the long day travelling so a 9lb shift over night and alot of water shifted. Dryness is back to nearly where it was pre carb up.

Back home after another very long day/night of travelling with some delays either side and traffic on the way home we’re back and settled and ready for bed!
The aim is to get straight back into routine tomorrow AM with cardio and steps. And a push session at derby!
I have a sports massage tomorrow to flush some water from the flight. Not holding too much but after 3 days aggressive loading. Some mild diuretic use and 1 off plan meal with a flight there’s a touch of fluid to pull off.
So this week will be back to baseline food which is a touch higher. And getting back some solid training sessions in.

Evening guys! So it’s the day after the show and what an experience
Prep fatigue hit me a little this afternoon. But we have had a busy day and it’s been 105 degrees
We trained upper this AM and then we went and spent some time at destination Dallas for the breakfast of champions
Had a drive around Dallas, did some shopping for last bits to prep food for the flight home tomorrow night….
Which will be my normal meals all day as it’s training day. Then 2 pro/fat meals for the flight which I will do my best to sleep for most of it until we land and then we can make some COR and whey when we land.
We will be take and pack a early tomorrow then go and train and shower at the gym. As we have a long wait until we have to go to the airport tomorrow. As we fly around 7pm
But we can just chill and eat and have a walk around the mall.
It’s been an amazing 6 days which has flown by but ready to get back into home routine now!

Evening guys! Well morning back home! Just got into bed after the show.
Top 10 at the Texas pro in my real debut and first time out in the states. Amazing show, what an experience. Honestly the best show I’ve ever been to or been involved in. The production, the backstage staff, the tanners all were incredible.
We have taken some great data from this show. In terms of loading, and peaking. And we will continue to improve for the remainder of the season.
I had a calorie dense meal burger and fries between pre judge and finals and it didn’t sit well. I’ve not had anything that dirty for maybe 20 weeks. I just think it was either my digestion was a little sensitive from the heavy load over the prior 3 days or a dodgy burger, but I was in a lot of stomach discomfort until about 30 mins before finals when it started to settle. But still quite gassy and sensitive.
So this evening post show I got hydrated and had a bison and rice meal with 225g bison, 125g rice some veggies and 200g watermelon.
I’ve been nursing a knee injury for the last 8 weeks or so of prep and that hindered my posing a touch but I will finish the season and get a scan at the end of the year.
Got some fantastic feedback from Tyler. Condition was spot on. More chest and back width and thickness which I know already. Make sure I stay on top of midsection control and he said things will start happening for you. So that’s what we will do!

Few days without an update just as I wanted to be present and settled in Texas for the show.
280.4lbs the morning after we landed so super flat and sucked down after a long 36 hours travelling,
Little push session at destination Tuesday and then then load started yesterday

200g fat
270g proteinDropped 1lb this AM so we are going to have to really push today I feel, as we have today and tomorrow to get full and it’s last pump session today.
Just waiting for the sun to come up and send pics to Cal.
Today is registration day so I will shave and put my base coat tan on this evening…
I’ve booked a base and top coat but I like to do a base coat myself to make sure I am dark enough, and the tan sits well and is settled….
Love it out here. Very relaxed and we’re in a great location. Just got to make sure I’m full enough as condition is 100% there and not moving now,

Last leg day before the Texas pro today excellent session. Sent it….
Tomorrow is rest day so infrared sauna and just little Walks and get all packed and ready to set off to Heathrow Monday dinner time.
Will train early Monday AM and then fly day Tuesday will be pro/fat meals until we land.
Get a food shop done at Walmart and then get a pre workout meal in and move some blood around
Before Getting 2 final meals in.
Then the load starts Wednesday! Game on

287.6lbs this AM after high day so up a couple of lbs sharper and drier and more pressure against the skin.
Im still flat but were not trying to get full just yet. Another high day today then we deplete into next week ready to load.
40 mins cardio boxed off and 2 rounds of posing
Pull 2 on the menu today and in person with Cal – game on.
Ive wrote my training split up for off season already as when in prep you have time to assess and think and Im happy with what Ive set up.

285.2lbs this AM another drop another new low…..More detail super flat but nearly ready now…..
Plan is to run high day tomorrow on Rest day and again Thursday.
Cardio at 60 mins still today, then we taper off to 40 until Saturday then remove just for steps.
start to freshen up and drop fatigue, bUt back to baseline/depletion diet until we fly on Tuesday – which will be 4 pro/fat meals with extended fast until I land in Texas.
Then get a carb meal in and go and train, followed by 2 carb meals to finish the day.
Then we start the Load on Wednesday…..
Excited and ready to present.
Clen will be reduced from tomorrow back to 40mcg

But we are early there now from a condition set point. So a couple of days digging and we are gonna be ready to start freshening up!

Rest day today 290.6lbs this AM sharper and skin tighter than previous low.
I will be more than likely back down to new low tomorrow or tuesday….In person with Cal again Thursday.
Cardio was tough this AM the hardest yet post leg day, sports massage and infrared sauna done.
Food prep done.
Solicitor checks done for new house. Me and Pheebs are gonna go for a coffee now and have a chilled afternoon. Before round 2 cardio. Then we go again!
