Evening guys. 291lbs this AM little delayed response from the high day so 2lbs up from lowest with a little more fullness and detail poking through.
awesome leg day to finish the week strong up on every exercise with reps this week – felt great

so another 0.6lbs down after the high day…..Body is on fire and responding.
Push on the cards today back to baseline diet for another 4-5 days
Im fully immersed in this prep and its tough as always but Im loving every second of it. Even the hard days

Update from me. 289.6lbs this AM new low and thats 5lbs down in 2 days…..
Checked in with Cal fasted and he ordered a high day:-
1000g carb
300g pro
100g fatThen in person check in post pull at UF derby. He’s very very happy with what he’s seeing and we have planned the attack for the coming weeks. With fat loss days and potential high days to keep me topped up and fresh.
Performance in the gym has been very very good. So no slowing down at all.
Pull was as follows:-
Atlantis SA pulldown x 2
Watson chest supported TBAR x 2
Granite SA lat row x 2
Hammer upper back row x 2
nautilus rear delt x 3
SA high curl x 3
SA cable hammer x 32 rounds of posing for Cal…..

Morning guys! 294.6lbs this AM 0.2lbs down after pull…..
Performance is holding very well. Flagging a touch towards the end but the volume is adjusted accordingly and sessions are still holdng and progressing slightly in some areas.
I think me being able to concentrate on my sessions and not how many steps Im doing and have to get in is really helping. So the 2 allocated times for cardio I focus on cardio, Steps as they fally. Then training is just fully dialled in. This set up is working well and me knee stability is also improving.
Prep has hit hard this last couple of days but we are here for it. Still running it flat, and in person with Cal on Thursday we will have an idea of where we are and the plan of attack!
Push today. Excited to battle this session out again!

294.8lbs this AM……A nice little drop with more detail again post rest day. Flatter for sure, but it is what it is. Feedback on the next couple of session will indicate weather we need a top up in food soon. But nothing yet. We keep digging in.
Knee is feeling better the last couple of days with reduced step count and increased spin bike. So this will remain. I do give it some on the bike. And work hard. So 60 mins daily is staying in. 40 done this AM
20 to do between meal 4 & 6 after Ive boxed off food prep and work.
The grind continues. Pull on the cards today. The aim is to not waste an unwanted energy on junk volume as always and perform at the highest level possible throughout the session

297.7lbs this AM so 2lbs after push, yesterday was super hot and I have had increased tren A and halo in for 2 days so potentially that. First day Ive fluctuated in a while which is a head fuck but the look is very good this AM drier for sure. So not getting in my own head.
Legs on the cards today we shall see what I can do as the knee is really giving me some aggro. Keeps giving way so tendon strength is very limited. I dont know if theres more damage but Im waiting until the season is done to get a scan. I will power through.
So changes to output are cardio on the spin bike 40 AM & 20 PM – steps as they fall as the steps are causing pain. Cardio on the bike is fine low impact.
Prep has defo hit hard, legs are heavy, and this is where the magic happens.
Time to suck it up and dig in deep.

295.8lbs this AM…..Another 0.4lb down and things are moving well.
We have reduced steps to 10k due to my knee issue and cardio on the bike is now 45 mins as this doesn’t cause me any pain.
Halo has gone in at 20mg preWO from today
Tren A up to 30mg dailyGreat push session at UF derby. Making the most of each set and rep. Not rushing sessions and focusing on performance and quality to hold on to the new muscle hopefully.
Prep has hit hard. It was a very very hot session. But I love this part. daily changes and a tweak to the diet….
Carbs reduced to 625g TD & 425g NTD
pro/fat just salmon and veggies for last meal NTD should see me really close the gap over the next 7-10 days

Pull 2 today.
Back spasm played ball today. I did everything chest supported and took no 50/50 reps maintained strength and performance well and posed fine, I just took my time.
Knee is abit fucked…..So I have asked Cal to reduce steps as the constant stepping is causing issues, but the bike it fine. So steps down to 10k as I get that without trying too hard. And cardio is up to 45 mins.
I was 296.2lbs this AM so another decent drop and felt it again. Further forward with condition again, we are going to run this flat through the weekend and dig in for more condition before filling up again when needed.
This prep has been very different. NO refeeed meals of sushi or burgers, the odd high day when needed. But my baseline food has stayed higher consistently. I have maintained performance and fullnes better this way.
Theres a little more digging to do. We will be closing in shortly but we still have work to do and Im here for it!

Update from me 297.2lbs this AM flattened right off….But all with good cause. I haven’t officially registered yet, but we have pushed hard these last few weeks to see if we can get me ready for Texas pro in 3.5 weeks. So running flat is necessary to get off what is needed. Im nearly there condition wise and with a few drug changes this week that have gone in we should be about 95-100% ready for Texas…..
Current set up:-
Test Cyp 875mg/wk Primo 1225mg/wk Tren A 140mg/wk (went in Monday) Winstrol 50mg daily split AM/PM (went in Monday)
clen 80mcg T4 150mcg T3 25mcg (went in today) yohimbine 10mg ketotifen 1mg proviron 25mg
GH 12iu split 4/4/4 L-carnitine 1g split pre cardio and preWO
cardio 30 mins spin bike daily steps increased to 15k TD and 13k NTD
