    Posterior today at UF Rotherham great session….

    313lbs today. So another 0.4lbs down after rest day. Check in with Cal tomorrow and see what the plan of attack is for the next couple of weeks moving through the gears

    Hey guys! Busy day today up for cardio and posing with pheebs and both our check ins took the dogs out then did some check ins and had a sports massage at 10am

    We had a call with the housing company again today in between work blocks and then went for a nice coffee and stroll. Finished our steps off and then chilled this evening and in bed for an early night.

    Was back down to 314.4lbs this AM so things are moving!

    I’m happy I’m enjoying everything I’m doing and I’m exited for each day to get cracking.

    Awesome leg day today. Progression across the board. Fully into the swing of prep now and laser focused.

    Adductor x 2
    Seated ham x 3
    Leg extension x 3
    Leg press x 1
    SL press x 2
    Lying ham x 2
    Seated calves x 3

    20 mins cardio
    12k steps

    Posing with pheebs tomorrow…..

    We have made a few changes to drugs as we hadnt seem to find what I felt and looked good on. So we have gone to what we know sits well with me and gives me a nice balance of fullness I don’t struggle getting dry. You just got get peeled and I will do whatever is asked and more to get peeled always.

    So set up is:-

    875mg test cyp
    1225mg Primo
    12iu GH
    T4 150mcg
    Proviron 25mg
    1000mg L-carnitine

    We pulled lypos last week to allow some fullness to return but we will turn the heat up from Monday

    I expect clen to be back in at at 40/60mcg
    Yohimbine 10mg

    And it’s game on!

    Very busy rest day today.

    Cardio and client work, dog walk, then a house viewing and appointment with the accountant to hopefully get the ball rolling with the sale of our house and the purchase of a new home!

    Then me and pheebs went to watch bad boys at the cinema.

    316.4lbs today after 2 high days. Fullness restored we’re back to the grind 🫡

    I prefer early at a low dose, unless you have data from a previous prep with a client that suggests otherwise. start at 20-40mcg taper up as needed daily.

    It can be removed when you implement high days, or diet breaks to get your body used to reducing or removing lypos on peak week. But my thought process has always been if you look good with it in. dont change too many variables

  • You can look at this in 2 ways is your volume across your sessions the reason why your running into problems very quickly? or is it other areas of your set up that are not enabling you to recover? sleep, nutrition, drugs etc etc.

    Or if you are a super strong indvidual with a lot of muscle I sometimes do favour an approach something like this:-

    week 1 & 2 – take the last set of each exercise to failure, the remainder 1-2 RIR
    week 3 & 4 – 0 RIR across all sets
    week 5 – devolume – 50% reduction in volume or…. 3 sets down to 2, 2 sets down to 1 – 1-2 RIR

    repeat the cycle this allows you to stay in the gym from a skill acquisition standpoint but monitor your recovery in a smart way and see where you need to make adjustments

    Pull today great session and feeling alot fuller and better connection in the session today after half way through the 2nd high day of 1000g carbs again. Slightly lower protein and a touch of fats increased.

    314.4lbs this AM so 1lb up from day 1 high day. See where we are tomorrow.

    Session went as follows.

    seated calves 20,15,12,10 – dropset
    straight arm pulldowns (primer) 3 x 12-15
    SA granite pulldown – 12,12,12,8 (pyramid up to failure set)
    BB bent over row x 2 sets
    Chest support TBAR – 10,10,8 (pyramid up to failure set)
    SA row – 3 x 12-15
    upperback pulldown x 2 sets
    rear delt fly – 3 x 15-20
    SA bicep curl – 20,15,12,10

    3 rounds of posing

    Rest day tomorrow!!

    Evening guys!

    313.4lbs this AM 1lb up from yesterday but still flat. So cal has ordered 2 high days at 1000g carb – instantly feel better today already after getting back in for push, great session.

    We don’t quite think we have found the right drug set up for me so we are pull masteron prop and going f with what we know works where has seen me hold fullness the best in off season settings.

    Test Cyp 875mg/wk
    Primo 1225mg/wk

    We will pull lypos out for the next 2 days and daily check ins daily.
    Back in for pull tomorrow!

    The main aim right now is not fat loss as that’s happens pretty quickly. But regaining control of fullness

    We are thinking about ramping GH to 12iu….8iu Pharma and 4iu generics

    The beauty with the pro league now. Is there is no set time frame. I’m ready when I’m ready and when we are happy with the look and the physique. So we continue!

    Evening guys! Back to it today after 3 days away and a full switch off. Well for me.

    I have been in Ibiza with my close mates for a stag doo. I still ate all my prep meals and got plenty of output in. But no training and was present for my best mates stag doo. In my own way which they fully understand. Which is good. A little sleep deprived but back to normality today. A full rest cardio and steps and around 30+ check ins. Which was mental but I’m caught up, and ready to crack back on tomorrow. I’m actually 5lbs down as of today so we shall check in tomorrow and see where we are.

    Mind is fresh and ready to go. Push tomorrow and I’m looking forward to getting locked in at 14/15/17 weeks out from my shows.

    Finished the week off strong with a great leg day at UF rotherham. Great to have a catch up with Jordan pre session. Who was in to see Kuba. Session went as follows:-

    seated calves, 20,15,120,10 triple drop
    adductors x 2
    Prime seated ham x 3 (cam 1,5,3)
    Prime leg extension x 3 (cam 1,5,3)
    Arsenal leg press x 2
    Atlantis SL press x 2
    Prime lying leg curl x 2 (cam 5)
    arms superset x 3

    Very productive session. Progress taken on the leg press which is the same I use at Derby so a big win there. Performance is on the up. A little smashed I have 3 full days rest this weekend and Im away. So will just be steps and chilling and being present in the moment with some close friends. All food will be hit as usual. Then its back to work!

    You defo need to go back to the GP to get an examination or scan to see how big the hiatus hernia is. I had the same symptoms a few years back. It can be treated with medication such as omeprazole/lanzaprrole and famotodine

    Failing that if it is larger than they like they can do a larascopy and remove it.

    Try to eat an anti inflammatory based diet like. Small meals. Nothing that can cause acid reflux and get back in asap

    Evening guys 320.4lbs this AM 1lb down after 2 high days and 1 day back at baseline. But we seem to have control over my physique now and fullness has held nicely so we can move from here nicely now.

    Great pull session today at s20 strength was great. 20 mins cardio and around 13.5k steps which I’m doing without trying currently just by being more mobile and 2 dog walks. Legs tomorrow and hen Inhave 3 full rest days out the gym as I’m away for the weekend but nothing will change diet wise.

    Life always happens, that doesn’t mean you can’t be in a calorie deficit even if it’s a small one. And keep your activity in a good spot so you’re slowly improving your body composition…..

    Not to sound harsh or insensitive again but if you want something and you know what you need to do. Then you will find a way to make it work regardless and not make excuses.

    But that decision is left completely to you.

    Rest day today. Dog walk, cardio, posing and sports massage.

    Then me and pheebs went to look at 3 houses. We have our eyes set on one. We just don’t know if we can get ours through and sold in time before it’s ready. So we have had a meeting with the financial advisor to get a valuation and get ours on the market ASAP. It’s perfect for our next house. So fingers crossed.

    Food shop done and another evening walk then an early night ready to hit back tomorrow!
