    Thanks.

This is pretty person dependent and also depend how much you’re having. Personally I tend to leave it around 1.5 hours

    Thanks for your time.

Everyone will slightly differ in terms of food sources and digestability, So pick which sits right for you and pick the time frame you feel best pre training based on the amount you have. Im the same as Sara 10:30am for my pre workout meal 12pm for training start time is perfect for me and I have COR, but I have also had Oats and they both sit well

    Thanks so much.

When it comes to pre training food , I personally always have it about 1.5 hours prior to training as I find it doesn’t make me feel ‘heavy’ when training. However I know some people have it a little closer or a little further away , so it’s ultimately down to how you feel and how well you digest the food. If you want a general recommendation, anywhere between 1-1.5 hours is what a lot of people typically do.

Thanks, i will try both options.

Ultimately do what works for you, but I like carbs pre and post, regardless of the food the day before as you’ll still benefit from the readily available energy for performance, as well as get improved recovery post.

    Thanks for your answer.

All comes down to personal preferences
I opt for more carbs around training pre and post

I will. Thanks for your time.

Some good points here, I think it’s likely a case of finding out what works best for you! Maybe try a few ways for a period of time and see how you get on!

Your over analysing a little of what people say.

yes what we eat the night before will be digested and loaded/stored as glycogen in the muscle. We also then want CHO readily available in the blood stream to be utilised as energy in general and also to be moved to storage when/if needed so we dont become depleted.

Remember we are constantly moving and burning. If we just ate at tea time and then breakfast potentially by the time training comes we may be slightly depleted.

However some people do get on better with lower to no carbs pre workout – as with everything its very individual and what you are doing in the acute setting

    This is my case. Thanks.

I don’t use no carb pre for any clients if lifestyle if they are training super duper early or those with long work days who train early they’ll still have a larger meal the night before and then some small easy to get in carbs as they wake to into there session ready

Thanks so much dor your help.

So my idea to take 250 test enanthate and 200 deca every other day its not recommend.

If you absolutely insist , I would at the MAX run 300mg total anabolics for 14-16 weeks for an offseason , so that would be 150-200 test + 100 mast for example . But as I said above , anyone sensible would not advise this at all . Please be sure your heart scans are good , your blood work is good .

We would defo not recommend this at all.

However if you insist on taking a little more than what J has said I would look to test/primo/mast combo – base this on blood work and make sure its done very 6-8 weeks of the entire year. Dose wise I would be 200/100/100 and then asses on blood work.

Can you still compete at 60 and be healthy? Maybe but it needs much more micro management than say my Ade of 39 and way way more micro management that we all needed at 20.

Its so important to look after you health my man but that doesnt mean you cant compete.

Blood work/heart scans and tracking blood pressure etc are the most important thing for you here. Then clever training and Nutriton above all else. You really want the minimal amount of AAS – make your plans over a longer period of time and give yourself lots of time to diet.[/quote]
