I fully agree with the guys above!
If needed you can always add another meal in over increasing food too much per meal.
Since being pregnant I went down to 4 meals from 6 (I have always had 6 meals or more since 2017). This was down to the fact I wasn’t able to stomach certain food and it made me realise I didn’t need to eat 6 meals if it didn’t work for me at the moment.
As long as you time your meals correctly. You do eat meal 1 a little later on in the morning which keeps your meals timings a little closer towards your training window which is great.

Good week of training and the weeks are flying by! 8.5 weeks out now, which is crazy she could really come any day!
This evening me and nath went to York to a garden furniture shop to look at pergoda’s and garden furniture, excited to get the garden kitted out 😄

Hey, I would highly recommend adding in join in and cure coming if finances allow it.
If it doesn’t improve after rest too, I would try and get booked in with a physio, shockwave therapy is fantastic too

This is very different for everyone. Most females will generally need to carry a little more body fat in their off season for hormones. But you will find your sweet spot.

Glutes are feeling a little sore from yesterday’s session already!
Today, usual client work this morning then we went for Nathan’s pre op. Everything looks good unless we hear anything and it will be here before we know it!
This afternoon we called at Costco for some bits before finishing some work off and chilling with the dogs 🙂

A good hams & glutes session today 👌🏽
Pelvic girdle pain wasn’t too bad so we shall see if anything has set it off today.
The session went as followed
Smith hip thrust
Seated ham curl
RDL
Abductors
Adductors – this was the first time adding back in for around 4/5 weeks as had to pull due to pelvic girdle pain
This afternoon I went to see some friends and their babies 🙂

Hey buddy,
You can make some really nice protein bar / oat cakes, super easy! Then can pop in the oven or air fryer.
If you have a blender available I’d opt for home made shakes over mass gainers

We’ve had the workmen in again, it’s been very hectic in the house and full on, but we are getting there! Looking forward to it all being done, tidy and clean 😄

Hey, sorry to hear about your wife.
I would be adding in cure coming and increasing omega’s TBJP omega pharma as both will help with systemic inflammation. I’d also recommend adding in a probiotic to help with gut health, VSL#3 sachets are very good. I’d also be asking the doctor about lanazoperole and you can pair these together.

Hey guys!
Another busy day and super hectic in the household, there was even another workman here doing painting too, so it was chaos.
This evening I have had to deep clean downstairs and also sort things in the bedrooms as we had stuff everywhere from having fitted wardrobes done in two of the rooms.
We did as much as we could without having enough. So will probably take a couple of hours a day this week until it’s done 😅
Garden is pretty much finished! Just the rendering and grout which will get done when the weather pics up. But getting things like this done in the house with make us feel even more ready for baby girl 😄

Hey! I fully agree with the guys above! It’s all good and well adapting your training to work around your injury, but I highly recommend that you get it treated. Like kam said, shockwave therapy is soo beneficial and a few sessions your injury should start to improve

A busy Monday with client work, some great check ins 🙂
The house has been very busy we’ve had lots of workmen here, doing fitted wardrobes, having the garden done.
Me and nath went to Starbucks to get out of the house and do some work.
This evening I have been sorting another room as that is getting painted tomorrow ready for nursery furniture to go in it 😅

If you set the tripod to hip height making sure you get your full physique in, I’d say around 6ft away to ensure you get a go of shot.
